Located on the outskirts of a quiet village, 5 minutes of Romans sur Isère, facing the Vercors Regional Park and near the vineyards of the Rhone valley, Orlane and Didier welcome you in this old house from the early twentieth century completely renovated.
The house has 7 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large dining room, a full kitchen, a living room with a well-stocked library and a private pool table.
For outside you will find a large swimming pool, a volleyball court, a trampoline, a ping pong table and other outdoor games.
Three shady terraces welcome you for your barbecues and you will have a private and secure parking.
You will be able to discover a multitude of cultural and sporting activities which overflow the region as well as the numerous restaurants around.
NO EVENINGS OR RECURRENT NOISE THAT CAN DERANGER THE NEIGHBORHOOD WILL BE TOLERATED

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Well appointed property with plenty of facilities for entertaining members of the group. Wonderful swimming pool safely fenced so children cannot access without adult supervision. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Host attentive but not intrusive.

we had a wonderful stay in Anne's house. the house is big, with a lot of separate rooms (was is very nice with our big family), clean and has all the comfort we needed. because of the good weather we spend most of our time in the garden. a great garden with several places to sit and relax, a nice swimming pool, a playground, ... on arrival, I was shocked by the news that Anne was living in the basement of the house during our stay but I soon realised that this shock was unnecessary. we only saw Anne and her family when we needed them. thank you Anne, we enjoyed it very much!

Rugby worldcup friends reunion

Great house for group of 12. Loved the long table in dining room. Kitchen had all we needed. Rooms comfy and a/c and blinds very much appreciated. Lots of games and entertainment. Pool very nice. All as described. Great host. Good parking for 4 cars behind big gate. Walked to bakery every morning. Beautiful walks from the house with great views. We had bus arranged to drive us to rugby match St Etienne, fantastic. Wonderful 4 days at this vrbo. Recommended for big groups.

As a group of three families we enjoyed the wonderful pool, spacious accommodation, well equipped kitchen, good showers and comfy beds. There was some initial confusion over an 'optional housekeeping' fee of 300E which the host said they would waive if we cleaned the house ourselves. VRBO advised us not to pay as it was not explicit in the listing and, whilst we did a light clean, on final check out we were still asked to clean a toilet before leaving. The location is in a small quiet town and you can walk to a supermarket, two excellent restaurants and a pizza takeaway (Emmental on pizza was a new twist for us which not everyone loved). We took the slightly dicey mountain road and loved the Caves. We went canoeing, adored the garden of the petrifying fountains, speed luge, boat ride. Lyon brilliant, Grenoble not as good. There are steps to the property as accommodation is on the first and second floors, host lives on ground - but wasn't there much for our stay - however was attentive and helpful. The pool is secluded to the side. We had BBQ and sat chatting into the night. Pool table also loved by kids. Air con great, insect grilles on windows a bonus. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for family fun and an authentically French experience.

Fantastisches Haus mit sehr netter Vermieterin !

Alle Zimmer sind bequem und ungefähr gleichwertig. Alles ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist fast unsichtbar, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die zu vermeidende Lärmbelästigung bezieht sich nur auf späte Partys mit Musik wegen der Nachbarschaft. Die kleinen Hunde der Besitzerin haben wir kaum gesehen oder gehört- kein Geruch im Haus.

Parfait pour un réveillon de Noël en famille !

Gîte parfaitement agencé pour un réveillon à 12 personnes, avec 6 chambres et autant de salles de bain. Belles pièces de vie avec une mention spéciale pour la jolie salle à manger (très pratique) et la salle de billard qui a fait la joie de toutes les générations présentes ! Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire.

Accueil chaleureux dans une maison de famille parfaitement équipée. De grandes chambres avec salle de bain-wc très fonctionnels et de vastes espaces de vie, un parc arboré et fleuri avec des tonnelles pour manger et se prélasser, la piscine avec la pataugeoire pour les petits permettent au groupe de s'amuser ou à chacun de se reposer. Bon séjour en famille pour Noël

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans la maison d’Anne qui a été souple au niveau des arrivées et départs pour nous permettre de profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Maison très bien équipée. Grands espaces pour que chacun puisse profiter même lorsqu’on est nombreux. Merci pour l’accueil !

Une très belle maison, propre et bien équipée, rien ne manque. La clim et les salles d'eau + toilettes dans chaque chambre sont très appréciables. La propriétaire qui habite en dessous est très accueillante et discrète, et attentionnée. La piscine a été fortement appréciée, les équipements pour bébé aussi ! Un séjour a 12 plus que réussi que l'on recommande à 100%

très jolie maison, bien équipée et confortable

Belle maison, chambres immenses avec des lits confortables et salles de bains (et WC) individuelles dans chaque chambres. Salle de billard, baby foot, piscine, jardin, barbecue, plancha... etc tout pour passer un agréable séjour. Qui plus est , la propriétaire est très sympathique. Des sentiers proches de la maison pour faire du VTT. Marque avenue à 12 min en voiture. A signaler, un excellent restau asiatique à proximité (à pied) et une pizzeria délicieuse. Bref, séjour on ne peut plus réussi. Nous sommes ravis.

Séjour au calme dans une maison d’hotes

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anne qui a été à notre écoute tout au long du séjour La villa est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée Petit bémol : dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation au rez de chaussée pour les parties communes et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres car pas de moustiquaires donc il y fait très chaud. A savoir aussi si vous voyager avec un bébé et donc une poussette, il y a des escaliers à l’entrée ce qui nous a été assez contraignant. Petit plus: un bassin de petite profondeur pour les enfants, vraiment super. Pour les ado et adultes de nombreux jeux de société pour les soirées mais aussi salle de billard et babyfoot à disposition L’amabIlité de notre hôte est un plus également Je recommande cette propriété

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette très grande maison où tout y est ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les équipements : baby foot, ping-pong, billard, trampoline, espace de jeux pour enfants avec grand toboggan et la piscine super), petits et grands étions ravis. La clim dans les chambres était également très appréciable pendant la canicule. La maison est conforme aux photos et même mieux en vrai. Très bon accueil d'Anne. Si je devais apporter une petite amélioration ce serait prévoir un éclairage dans la pergola face à la piscine qui est très sympa pour pouvoir y manger le soir. Maison à recommander chaudement pour familles, amis avec enfants.
