This bountifully stocked townhouse has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Fajitas on Fiesta is located in the Casitas at Sienna Hills development-- close to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs Conservation Area, and many other areas appealing to outdoor enthusiasts. The community has a large pool and hot tub heated year-round.

This town home boasts a large master bedroom with a king bed and bunk bed perfect for a couple or family. The 2nd bedroom upstairs contains two bunk beds and sleeps four. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress as well to accommodate additional guests. All bedrooms include closets, fresh linens, extra blankets, and everything you need to feel fully at home. The lower level floor plan is open-concept and has plenty of room for dining, cooking, or just overall relaxation. There is an outdoor patio set and grill for outside entertaining. Fajitas on Fiesta includes WIFI to accommodate all of your technology needs. There are three flat screen TV’s throughout the townhome. All TV’s are equipped with streaming devices and dish network satellite TV.

Fajitas on Fiesta Lane is equipped with all of the extras you need to enjoy a family or group vacation. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with all of the necessities to make gourmet meals. If you are traveling with kids, we have provided kid-friendly dishes, a pack and play, and board games that are fun for the entire family. Fajitas on Fiesta is equipped with pool toys, pool towels, and many other essentials to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is heated year round for your enjoyment.

Parking is a breeze with a two-car garage and parking within the Casitas complex to accommodate additional guests.

Great place to stay in a great neighborhood

Overall the stay was great. I didn't love the 5pm check-in time as other houses in the neighborhood we've stayed in are typically 3pm. So plan accordingly for long drives The owner was helpful and responsive with questions during our stay, which was helpful. The house was great, it met all our needs, and we love staying in the neighborhood. This is our 4th time staying in the Casitas area.

This property is right off the freeway so convenient to wherever you are wanting to go in St. George. Nice area, the pool is close by and the home is as advertised.

Spacious Quiet 3 Br + 3 BA Townhouse

Very nice 3 br townhouse complex with dbl garage & level entry for easy unloading. Large kichen/dining/living room/laundry room on main. Upstairs has Large Master bdrm with TV (K + 1 bunk beds) & ensuite (shower + soaker tub, 2 sinks), 2nd bdrm has 4 bunks, 3rd bdrm has Q & walk-in closet & TV, with shared 4 pace bathroom. Complex has lovely pool & hot tub on-site. Great visit 😎

Vacation

The property area was great. In a very nice neighborhood that you feel comfortable in. Property wasn’t completely cleaned though. Downstairs bathroom toilet was dirty with hair in the floor. Towels were left in the dryer and a basket of laundry was left on top of the dryer. Not sure if it was clean or not. Dirty dishes also left in the dish washer. Property was very nice just some cleaning that wasn’t completely done. We liked staying there and would stay again if we are ever in the area.

New! Convenient to Zion and Sand Hollow

This is a nice town homestyle home in a new community and new appliances. The pool is a nice treat on a hot day. Apparently by there’s another pool in an adjacent neighborhood where we also had access. The sleeping space is up to 12 but that’s if somebody sleeps on the couch downstairs and another utilizes the blowup mattress. The code on the garage would not work for us. Consider getting a new remote, especially since it’s duct taped to the exterior wall. Sand Hollow Reservoir and ATV area is 18 minutes away. Zion entrance is probably 40 to 50 minutes.

One week stay

We loved it, it was great for us. Close to the pool, great location. House was super clean. Check in and out was super easy. We didn’t have to do much cleaning. A couple of the down sides, the amenities listed soap and shampoo, but only one bathroom had 1 little hotel shampoo and a bar of soap. The other bathroom didn’t have anything at all. There were 12 of us for 6 nights so a little hotel shampoo was not gonna last us the week. So we did have to go buy some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, there were not enough bath towels. The listing says sleeps 12, but there were only 6 bath towels. There were 3 in each bathroom upstairs. There were enough pool towels, but a lot of us had to share bath towels. Those were the only things I’d say were a bit of an inconvenience.

Fantastic

We picked this property to be in the center of all the amazing nature Utah has to offer. We also picked this property to have pool days in between the hiking days for the teens and just have a nice place to rest and enjoy. The neighborhood is meticulously maintained and the property itself was beautiful, well kept, had all the amenities needed, and spacious. The owners even have pool floaties, hiking poles, bikes, and backpacks in case you forget any of these items. The only two things, which have nothing to do with the property itself, is a) we were grateful to be able to bring our dog but there is no space for them to walk (no sidewalks near the street) or space to go to the bathroom. We had to walk out of the neighborhood to get potty breaks and b) the pool area itself is beautiful but the pool bathrooms need maintenance. They were dirty, water was running from the showers (tried to turn it off but couldn't completely), trash wasn't cleared out, sinks were gross, etc. Luckily for us, this property is pretty close to the pool so we were able to run back to use the restroom if need be. Overall, a beautiful property in a meticulously kept neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back! Thank you. :)

The location was perfect, nice and quiet area. We always had the pool to our selves, there is a park 3 mins away that is also beautiful and peaceful. Check in was simple, the home was clean and accommodating.

Out family enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was clean, well stocked, and dog friendly. The location is great for access to lots of the outdoor activities and our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub.

Fantastic stay with plenty of room

The place was extremely clean, very accommodating, full kitchen, plenty of beds and bedding, the master bath is large and beautiful. Everything is spacious and can accommodate a few people or a lot of people very comfortably. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Fiesta was great!

The home was very cozy and conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood outside of St. George, UT. One great feature that I don’t experience with all the properties in that area we have stayed in that it had a garage door opener.

Tons of room for everyone

This was a great place to stay during the Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook. Plenty of room for my kids and more beds than we needed for 7 of us. We used the grill which worked great. The pool and hot tub are a short walk. We wish there were pickleball courts there in the community. My only issue was that the garage was not useful for our suburban and soo we had to find alternate parking on the main street. Wasn't that terrible really. But the garage was perfect to store our bikes. There were 2 different WiFi connections and I think the one that the instructions told us to connect to was absolutely unusable but the other one was great. We had a great stay and would come again.

My name is Jeff and I co-own fajitas on Fiesta Lane with my brother Doug and Sister-in-law Vanessa. We've always enjoyed vacationing together as a family and when we saw an opportunity to purchase a vacation rental in St. George we jumped at the chance! We've been going to Southern Utah for years to enjoy the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City; to be more exact since 1989! We've experienced so much enjoyment out of visiting Southern Utah with hiking, biking, and relaxing at Sand Hollow reservoir. We're Utah and Idaho natives and have always enjoyed a little escape from the cold during winter in Salt Lake. We hope you enjoy staying at Fajitas on Fiesta Lane!
