The villa was very spacious and clean, , the children loved the heated pool and games room. Lovely and cool sat on the terraces. Sandy was quick to reply if we needed any advice and was very helpful, taxi were easy to get around.. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time away.

Une belle maison avec tout ce que l'on a besoin , plusieurs chambres avec salle de bain , le temps n'a pas été au rendez vous dommage nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine .

Property was awesome. Spacious and clean. Had a great time with friends and family. House is a great place to relax. Only downside was the property manager was useless. He left a wrong key in the key safe to open the door house. We struggled to open the door for 45 minutes and with no knowledge of the local language seeking help became difficult. Phoned property manager and he didn't pick up the phone. Phoned the owner of the property but he spoke French so again a barrier. Did video call so that owner can understand the problem. He then rang property manager. Problem resolved. Had another problem with boiler pressure was down and hot water supply stopped. Phoned property manager but by then we realised that he was utter useless for the need. If you don't need the property manager whilst you stay, can't fault the property or the owner's great efforts in making the property so liveable. Property's owner name is Sandy and he is very helpful. Urmil

A casa é ótima, muito espaçosa, muito bem equipada… não falta absolutamente nada. A piscina e o salão de jogos fazem as delícias das crianças. Fica situada perto de praias incríveis. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa!!

Férias de Amigos

A casa era totalmente aquilo que procurávamos e as descrições eram exatas. Os únicos problemas que tivemos foi com a limpeza logo no dia em que chagamos, especialmente na parte da cozinha e casas de banho, e com a televisão, mas que rapidamente foi resolvida. Precisamos também de ajuda com a piscina e no dia seguinte foi lá o senhor logo limpar. No geral foi uma ótima estadia e é a casa perfeita para quem quer ir passar férias com amigos.

Perfect

We spent a week here in late October and we realty enjoyed the house. All contacts with the landlord was easy and rapid. The house was well cleaned, kitchen well equipped and the bedrooms had comfortable beds. Lots of games in the basement where we hold family contest every evening. The location of the house is great since it close to the cost and easy to do day trips to Lisbon. We highly recommend this place for others who looking for a house in the region.

Un séjour Parfait !

Nous avons séjourné avec ma femme et mes 3 filles dans cette grande villa durant durant une semaine et c' est avec pleins de magnifiques souvenirs que nous rentrons. Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments grâce à tous ce que Sandy et Isabelle ont mit en place afin que leurs locataires se sentent chez eux. La maison est complète en tout point de vue, piscine et jacuzzi chauffés que nous avons même pu profiter en fin Octobre sans problème, salle de jeu énorme avec des multiples jeu de société pour enfants et adulte en plus du billard, du baby foot, du air drow... la cuisine est entièrement équipée, le matériel mis à disposition est digne d' un restaurant, vous pourrez cuisiner tout ce qui vous chante. Les 4 chambres sont très spacieuses et sont toutes équipées de salle d' eau privée et comportent toutes une literie de grande qualité. Les photos proposées sont très proches de la réalité. La decoration interieur et exterieur est vraiment raffinée, choisi avec goût, tout est mis en œuvre pour que les vacances soit de vrais vacances. Encore un gros point positif qui n' est pas à négliger est celui de la bienveillance de Sandy qui connait très bien la région et qui a été disponible régulièrement pour nous adresser de bons restaurants que nous avons tester sans regret ainsi que des lieux à visiter qui nous ont laisser sans voix... Sandy et Isabelle encore un grand grand Merci, nous sommes tombés amoureux de chez vous et de votre belle région, nous reviendrons, c' est certain ! A l' année prochaine.

Beautiful spacious villa with excellent facilities.

We loved this fabulous spacious villa set in peaceful surroundings. The high standard of decor and facilities meant you could totally relax. The owners have thought of everything. The games room was a great place for the whole family to have fun in the evenings..if you can leave the stunning pool area! Outside was equally well thought out and beautiful with many places to sit in the sun or shade, gorgeous jacuzzi and pool, barbecue and pizza oven. We would highly recomend this villa. You need a car of course so that you can visit the stunning beaches of the region and the fish restsurants of Sesimbra.

We highly recommend Sandy's house. Clean and tidy, with all we needed. A lovely pool and a great playroom for both children and adults ... and 2 bikes. Plenty of both sun and shade on the teresse and garden. Close to supermarkets and Sesimbra.

MAGNIFIQUE VILLA - A RECOMMANDE 100 %

Séjour à la mi-mai, nous avons été ravies à 100 %, piscine chauffée, tout le matériel est à disposition autant au niveau de la cuisine que des salles de bain - maison très propre - espace de jeux - la région est magnifique -les restaurants vallent le détour.
