About this property

Charming 2BR/2BA condo in Sarasota, close to the beautiful beaches!

Convenient first floor beach side unit located on the Gulf side Club building. It is the closest Club building to our white sand beach and closest to our beach side pool. Step into a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a bar that seats three. Large round dining table which seats six.
Extended living room with oversize doors leading to a newly paved patio. A new leather QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER and loveseat with updated decor and a 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has 2 king beds with a 42" flat screen tv. The master bath has a vanity sink separate from the shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 36" flat screen tv.
The adjacent bath has a tub shower combination. There is a washer and dryer located right next door. The Siesta Key Breeze is the public trolley on Siesta Key which is a free service, it travels into Siesta Village through to Turtle Beach.
