This garden-level condo has an enviable oceanfront position in Lanikai, an 18-unit complex in an area of Wailua known for its shopping, dining, and amazing views. You'll be just a few steps from beautiful Lae Nani Beach and two miles south of Kapa'a Beach Park in Kapa'a town, where you can easily rent paddleboards and snorkel sets. Consider a day trip south to Lihue and Kalapaki Cove where you can watch the waves from many of the restaurants, spend a day in Nawiliwili Park, or take in an evening luau at the Marriott.

Perfect stay

The unit was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the swimming pool, eating our meals outside & being able to walk to shops and restaurants. The complex was quiet, we always got parking right out front & everything was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Kauai condo

This is our fifth visit to Kauai and this was the best condo we’ve stayed at, I will book this exact condo again for our next visit. Steps from the pool and beach. Very well appointed with absolutely everything you will need. Perfect location in the middle of the island. The best ocean view!

Beautiful property just steps from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There's a shopping center within walking distance. Private lanai was a great place to have coffee in the mornings. The couch in the living room could stand to be updated. We will be returning for another stay!

The view was amazing, the condo was awesome, the beach is right there, the pool is even closer, Lava Lava restaurant is next door. I’m going back. Neighbors all so nice too. Just take care of this place because the owners obviously care about it.

Great location. Awesome views. Comfortable condo, well supplied kitchen. Walkable to restaurants, beach. Small issue with multiple remotes that work the fans and TV, were fairly complicated. I am tech savvy but couldn’t figure them out. Kitchen fan did not work, it got hot at times. Overall a nice memorable stay.

Perfect Family Island Getaway

This home was the perfect place for our family of four. It was clean and in perfect condition. The unit was well stocked from beach accessories to cooking supplies. The Perfect Kauai Getaway

This property was the perfect spot for our family of four. The first floor walkout to the pool and beach from the Lanai made this feel more like a beach cottage than a condo. The unit was perfectly stocked with food everything we needed from beach accommodations to cooking supplies. The location is excellent as it’s tucked away in a quiet corner of the beach with easy access to the amenities that Kapaa provides. It’s also centrally located on the east shore making day trips to the north and south a breeze. I definitely recommend this unit for a perfect family getaway.

This is our second time staying at this location. That says it all!! Location cannot be better. You are close to everything!! Condo is amazing!! They do not skimp on anything! Ocean front is the best! Condo is very big and beds very comfy! Shower is fabulous. I could go on and on. You will love it!!

Incredible lodging location and view

We travel a lot and know what is reasonable to expect when we rent a condo but this place exceeded all of our expectations. Beautifully furnished with every comfort taken into consideration. The lanai has loungers where you can sit all day and enjoy the ocean right in front of you. We would come back in a heartbeat! Truly recommend without any reservations. Location was perfect also. You can easily walk to many food venues and it is location in the middle of the island making it perfect for navigating to the North or South.

Beautiful rental

This rental was amazing. It was clean, well furnished, and the view was beautiful. We could have stayed on the patio all day just looking at the ocean. Having two king beds made this place perfect for two couples. I would return in a heartbeat.

A fine rental! Great spot and amenities. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Four great beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella for beach days. Good quality kitchen/dining utensils. Comfortable beds. No shortcomings! We’ve rented many places and this is right up there with the best. We’ll be back!

Family vacation

We enjoyed this property very much. We visited other beach locations and everyone agreed that this location was less crowded and more private. The pool area was perfect and we used the grill almost daily. The beach is small but enough for a swim and snorkel and visit from some turtles. The lava lava restaurant up the way was very entertaining. Another short walk across the street we were able to try fresh masalas at Passion Bakery. The other guests in this building were very nice.

Clean, comfortable, spacious two bedroom two bath with the ocean view right out your sliding doors. We thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen amenities, the luxurious, master shower and the incredibly comfortable beds, lounge chairs, couch, and central location to Everything you need. Great house

This house is so close to the beach, open the curtains and look at the waves. The private pool is awesome and always clean. You can just go throght the back gate and you are at the beach, no need to drive anywhere. The beach is great for snorkeling with tons of tropical fish. You can also walk to many restaurants and stores. The kitchen is full with everything you might need. Plenty of towels and beach supplies are available for the guest to use, as beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, Umbrelas and more. I my room for improvement I see if the couch is a little uncomfortable and old, and the main bedroom suit shower could use a better shower curtain system. The shower is so powerful and awesome with 4 shower heads, but when you use all at once it spills water outside the shower into the toilet area. I would still book this place over and over and be happy with all.

Almost perfect...

There's so much to love about this place. The house is very clean, perfectly laid out, has a great view and you walk right out onto the grass, 20 steps to the pool and 20 more steps to the beach. For a week-long stay with our son, it was exactly what we were looking for. Oh, added bonus, the neighbors are all super friendly and many weren't renters. On top of all of that, you can walk to a nice market, some shops and restaurants in ~3min and once they wrap up the road construction in Kapa'a, getting places will be fairly easy. Now to the part that made it almost perfect. The hot water in the master bathroom shower didn't work. We called, waited on hold, left a voicemail and I also sent an email and it was the next day when we finally heard from someone. Luckily, there are two showers in the unit, but this was a little disappointing and the response time didn't make us thrilled. So we would definitely recommend this unit once they fix that shower and would also just add that for things like plumbing/hot water issues that they ensure they have folks who can answer the phone and help 24/7.

Great Place!

The condo location, cleanliness, decor was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed this property. The only improvement, we all agreed could be the furniture. It was beautiful, but the couch collapses when someone sits down, and sounds like the person ate too many beans. LOL! The pretty antique recliner chairs made our backs hurt while watching a movie in the evenings, but overall, we LOVED IT!!! :)
