Der Blick vom Balkon(Tische und Stühle vorhanden)auf den Pool und Kanal ist fantastisch. Die Küche ist mit Herd(ohne Backofen), Microwelle (mit Grill), Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Elektrogrill für draußen und Waschmaschine sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist genügend Besteck, Töpfe , Pfannen und Geschirr vorhanden Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eins mit einem schmalen Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit drei Etagenbetten übereinander. Dies Zimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster zum Flur. Das Badezimmer hat zwei Waschbecken eine Toilette und eine Dusche. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr gut und das Wasser wird richtig heiß.Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur sind vorbildlich.Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Vielen Dank für Alles.

La ubicación es muy buena, está un poco apartado y consigues mucha calma pero a mano de todo. Subir escaleras puede no ser apto para cualquiera. El piso está bien, está bastante cuidado aunque alguna cazuela más grande no vendría mal o un sofá algo más cómodo. El balcón con las vistas al canal es genial para desconectar. La piscina parece nueva o muy reciente, de agua salada, muy cómoda, me gustó mucho. El piso está muy bien para parejas pero con niños puede ser un poco justo. Recomendable.

Gepflegte Aussenanlagen, Fahrradständer, Schimmbad unsw.Wohnung, modern eingerichtet und gestrichen. Jedoch in der Küche war nur die 1/2 vorhanden z.b. 3 Messer, 2 Wassergläser etc. Keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen. Dusche nicht ausreichend gereinigt, Duschkopf und Armatur verkalkt. Waschmittelschacht in der Waschmaschine total verschimmelt.Nachdem wir der Wohnung gereinigt und einige felgenden Artikel nach gekauft haben, haben wir uns dort Wohlgefühl.

Alles gut erreichbar, eine gepflegte Anlage, der Ausblick auf Roses und Empuriabrava ist sehr schön. Einziges Manko die 3 Etagen Treppe nach oben, da muss man gut trainiert sein

ça aurait pu être top

Heureusement que le soleil était au rendez-vous. Annonce qui disait wifi gratuite, mais en fait il fallait acheter une carte de 15€ dans un tabac mais même en achetant cette carte pas de réseau convenable... Durant tout le séjour, des remontées dégouts. Le pire c'est la douche! Dès le matin ça vous cueille et vous donne envie de vous enfuir de la cabine de douche!!! Carte TV périmée depuis le 21 septembre. Pas de TV de la semaine, ce n'est pas qu'on la regarde mais on avait privilégié cette prestation pour notre enfant. Le propriétaire sympa et désolé de l'apprendre, nous a fait un geste commercial. Il n'était pas au courant. Heureusement que le soir, on avait jeux de société et livres. Les lits superposés au nombre de 3 ,il manquait des lattes aux sommiers sur les 3 couchages. L'étendoir à linge sur 7ou 8 fils, 3 de valides. Voilà, le propriétaire sait tout :-) Après la vue est géniale. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Le syndic super.

Bonjour, Je suis désolé de lire votre appréciation 3/5... J'ai bien compris le problème de la TV, et je m'en excuse, la carte TNT a expiré au bout de 4 ans et comme ils la renvoient par courrier, il faut le temps de la recevoir pour mettre à jour. Les précédents locataires n'avaient pas du regarder la TV et ne m'avaient pas fait remonter le problème. Le problème des lattes sur les lits a été réparé ce jour et l'étendoir à linge racheté, vous auriez du me dire et cela aurait été réparé pendant votre séjour. Une fois de plus, je n'avais pas été mis au courant :-( Pour ce qui est des problèmes de remontées d'odeur dans la douche à l'italienne, il y a dans le tiroir de la salle de bain un cache siphon en silicone qui permet de résoudre le souci, ou il suffit de remettre un peu d'eau dans le siphon qui a tendance à sécher rapidement. $ J'espère avoir le plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau pour l'appartement puisse être à la hauteur de la météo ! Avons passé un bon séjour, la residence est agréable, bien entretenue et tranquille la piscine au top avec ses transats L appartement conviendra très bien a un couple avec deux enfants ou 3 adultes mais pas plus. Le parc en face de la résidence est super, il y a de quoi faire de bonnes ballades en vélos voie verte. un bel appartement

A notre arrivée, l'appartement ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé. Nous avons immédiatement envoyé un email au propriétaire. Ils ont répondu immédiatement et ont agi immédiatement : une femme de ménage a été envoyée et nous avons obtenu une réduction sur le montant payé. Pas une belle arrivée, mais un bel appartement, un bon propriétaire, un quartier sympa et de belles vacances.
