Pretty Mas in the green

Renovated Mas in Junas near Sommières (Gard)
To rest, for lovers of the great outdoors, this quiet farmhouse can accommodate 12 people. Completely renovated and restored in the style of the country (no neighbors adjoining), this place is perfect for hiking and biking directly from the Mas or to visit the region. Sommières is a small town 7 minutes by car with lots of character and entertainment. Superb market on Saturday morning. The farmhouse is located 20 km from the sea and the Cevennes, the Camargue, Nimes and Montpellier.

You will find:
Outside :
A large swimming pool 10 m x 4 m (secure for children)
In the garden you will find children's games (including a small wooden hut) as well as pétanque games and a ping pong table.
Large terraces circle the house and offer shaded areas at different times of the day. You can also enjoy a covered terrace with griddles for grilling.

Inside :
A large living room of 50m² with double height and exposed beams. It consists of a fireplace, a stove and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Part of the living room can be closed with curtains and offer a choice of a TV area for children or an extra room thanks to the sofa bed.
In total 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Accessories for babies and toddlers (cot, bath, high chair, pot ...)
A new babyfoot has just been installed.

Très joli mas spacieux bien équipé dans un magnifique environnement

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Tout était parfait. Avec une grande famille c était l ideal. Un coup de coeur ♥️ pour la grande piscine. Petit bemol pour le pisciniste qui arrive sans prévenir pas ageable.

Superbe séjour en campagne proche de tout

Un très grand terrain idéal pour les enfants et les animaux. Un cadre magnifique. On y dort bien car on plus frais la nuit (arbres) malgré la chaleur en journée que l’on « fuit » en plongeant dans la grande piscine. Seuls des remontées d’odeur de la fosse septique nous ont incommodé les 2 derniers jour côté terrasse. Bien implantée , la résidence est à 1h/1h30 des gorges (kanoe / saut elastique / canyoning..), 30 min de la mer (Grau), 30/45 minutes de Nimes, Arles.... Sommieres, ville à 10 minutes est très belle et animée. Ne tentez pas de rentrer taquiner la vachette au toro piscine.... ça fait mal. Conclusion: je conseille fortement

Séjour agréable

Maison agréable. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais elle est très bien équipée. La plancha sur la terrasse est très appréciable pour cuisiner des plats d'été. La piscine est grande et parfaitement sécurisée. La maison regorge de jouets pour les enfants, c'est un endroit idéal pour des couples avec enfants. Les propriétaires, non présents, sont facilement joignables et très attentifs au bien être de leur locataires. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Une maison agréable

Un lieu en pleine nature, calme, ressourçant. Par un petit chemin on rejoint le village à 10 mn à Pied. Le festival de Jazz à Junas est à 15 mn à pied, un vrai régal au milieu des carrières. Cette maison offre un terrain sécurisé et plein de surprises pour les enfants. La première année, nous y sommes restés une semaine, l'année d'après nous avons doublé le temps, tellement on s'y sent bien.

Une maison de vacances formidable

La maison est très calme et très confortable. Nous étions plusieurs familles et la superficie permet de vivre ensemble tout en ayant des espaces de calme. La grande terrasse abritait nos déjeuners et dîners à l'ombre. La grande piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants et des grands, autour transats, terrasse à quelques pas de la maison. Le séjour a été reposant et je reviendrai avec plaisir. Il y a un petit village avec une épicerie et autour plein de belles choses et ballades pour tous les goûts et tous les niveaux de sportivité. Et le chant des cigales...

Le confort en pleine nature

Nous sommes venues à plusieurs familles avec des enfants et avons adoré notre séjour. La maison est très agréable, fraîche et très bien équipée. La piscine est derrière la maison au milieu de la nature, on ne voit aucun voisin alentour. Il y a un coin avec des transats avec des l'ombre ce qui est très pratique pour surveiller la baignade des enfants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

tranquillité de cette location

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à 9 personnes sans aucun problème. Beaucoup d espaces extérieurs autour de la maison et un coin piscine très agréable. L intérieur fonctionnel permet à chacun de vivre ce séjour dans de bonnes conditions.....Je recommande cette location Thierry et Andrée

Not what we expected.

When walking into the home we found the floors to be dirty. There was dog hair on the couch in family room. Family room furniture and media room furniture all needed to be replaced as well as all mattresses in bedrooms. Home decorations need to be updated. When multiple people were taking showers there was not any water pressure. They advertise wi fi there is not any. The kitchen sink was clogged, coffee pot was broken, blender did not work. There was only enough utensils and dishes for 16 but it sleeps 26. There was only small pots and pans so if you plan to do any cooking bring your own. The downstairs bedrooms smelled musty. There is not any garbage pick up so you have to stuff all your garbage in 2 small garbage cans or put it in your car and take it down the hill to a dumpster. Hot tub was small expected something larger. Very disappointed in the home for the price we paid. I would not recommend this home if you like to go to town a lot.

Que du bonheur :o)

Super séjour, maison très calme, retirée du centre avec peu ou presque pas de vis à vis. Le coin est ravissant, la maison très bien tenue et l’accueil fut chaleureux. En tant qu'habitué des réservations via Abritel, je laisse une très bonne note à Madame Monin pour sa location. Mes petits bouts ont adoré la piscine gigantesque (très propre). Le jardin est truffé de jeux en tout genre, sa taille permet aux enfants de superbes parties de "cache-cache" en toute tranquillité et en toute sécurité -> pas de circulation de voitures :o). Que du bonheur !!! je reviendrai volontiers passer mes vacances à Junas, mais cette fois je serai mieux équipé pour parer aux moustiques fort présent cette année compte tenu de la météo. Encore un grand merci de la part de toute la petite famille à Madame Monin et à sa charmante fille pour ces très bonnes vacances.
