This non-smoking furnished apartment for 4 people in the heart of the village welcomes you in 26m². On the top floor (3rd with elevator), the living room / kitchen with its picture window and its large balcony offer an aerial view of the center of Les Rousses and the sunset. The corner sofa is convertible. At the entrance 2 bunk beds (foam mattress) for the rest of the family. On the practical side, a bathroom with bath, separate WC and a ski locker. Bed linen is not included, please contact us.

Your vehicle is sheltered in an individual and closed garage (dimensions, see "Equipment"), at the same level as the entrance. No need to get off the mountain bikes, go out on the ski or even snow plow. And?... An old city bike (5 speed) to take the time to go to the lake or the super market (if it has been left in good condition). Free of charge. Note: Use at your own risk. We decline all responsibility in the event of a personal accident or with a third person.
Sorry, our animal friends are not accepted and there is no Wifi, only 4G in Les Rousses.
☻La station des Rousses is the resort of the 4 villages (Les Rousses, Prémanon, Lamoura and Bois d'Amont). The studio is in Les Rousses itself. The village center at your feet and the view will participate in the pleasant side of your vacation.

► ACTIVITIES
You can enjoy, on foot, the station and its shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, cinema, bar, less than 3 minutes). In the evening, the village awaits you, without bringing out the car!
❅☼ ALL SEASONS: Hikes, visits to the Comté ripening cellars, the boissellerie museum, the Paul Émile Victor polar center. Rental of all types of equipment. A little further, the hedgehog waterfall, royal saltworks ... Finally Switzerland is nearby (2km) Geneva (40mn).
❅ WINTER: Large cross-country ski area whose departure from the Orbe is accessible on foot. Alpine skiing at 3 and 5 kms (ski-bus shuttle at 400 meters), skating rink, sled dogs ...
☼ SUMMER: Lac des Rousses, canoes, pedalos, stand up paddles, mountain biking, horse riding, pony club, 2 18-hole golf courses, pétanque...

Your vehicle is sheltered in an individual garage and closed, at the same level as the entrance. You don't have to take of the car the mountain bikes, or go out on the skis or snow removal your car.
If it is in order, an old city bike to go the lack or to the supermarcket
Sorry, our friends the peats are not accepted and there is no WiFi, only the 4G in Les Rousses.
