A retirement treat

We had an excellent stay it’s perfect for a relaxing stay and equally so close to albir for restaurants and shopping If you don’t have a car it’s only 500 m to the bottom of the road and the bus stop which takes you to Albir and Altea one way and Benidorm the other You have more equipment than you need everything in the well equipped kitchen Did i mention the super comfortable beds and a powerful shower so many seating areas and a useful bar near the pool for refreshments We loved it so much will book again next year sit back and enjiy

Fantastic villa!

Everything was just perfect, was met at the villa at 11.30pm, villa was spotless, pool was great, bigger than it looked on the photos. Felt very safe and Fabrice and Myriam were great, if we did have any questions they were answered immediately. Would recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you again Fabrice.

New adventure

Villa good standard kitchen and single bathroom excellent. A second bathroom would have been desirable. WiFi good signal. Pool and area around the pool very good spending most of our time there. Location 10 min walk to bus. We did have a hire car which was most welcome. Overall very pleased and would consider returning again.

Villa life

The villa is realy beautiful i would like to say first .it was cleanish me n my husband got eaten alive the first night with mosquitoes he had 30 bites just on his bk then we was very poorly for about 6 days had to go chemist n spend a fortune on stuff that realy didn't work.it spoilt our entire holiday we home n still suffering. If it had aircon it would be a different story

Very nice house

This house is in a very nice location. Too bad there was a major renovation across the street, which caused some noise nuisance. This house will be ready soon so that peace will return. Everything is on the ground floor, all new screens for the windows and doors. Very complete kitchen and a nice bathroom. We've been here three times now and see some improvements each time. We hope to come back here next year. Very special is the good communication with the owner, he responds very quickly and solves any problems very quickly. This also applies to the lady who manages the key and takes care of the cleaning.

Always good hollydays

We like this house, located in the south side of L‘Alfas del Pi. Supermarket an weekly market are reachable by food. And to the beach of Albir or the city’s of Altea and Benidorm it’s only a few kilometers. The house is in a good condition and fitted with all the things of daily use you could need. Of course a nice BBQ, too. It is always easy to get in contact with the owner to clear up the times of arrival or departure. He always answers fast and is very flexible withe the times. So getting or handing back the keys was never a problem. Thank you Mr. P. - hasta la proxima vez ;-)

This was the perfect location for us , as we wanted to experience Benidorm but not actually stay there When we arrived we made the short walk to the supermarket to do all our shopping, and they arranged a taxi back for us, which was fab. The buses ran from the supermarket every 15 minutes to Benidorm and again the same the other way to Albir and Altea, where there is a Marina and a relaxing walk on the promenade. It was 1 Euro 50 for any journey on the bus, and it took around 20 mins to Benidorm. The Villa was well equipped with all the crockery and utensils , bedding plenty of towels, lots of different seating areas for everyone, absolutely beautiful area Of the pool, with sun from early morning to late evening, we didn't go inside once , we enjoyed alfresco dining from having breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the late snacks when coming back from an evening out. My husband and I would highly recommend this villa , and thankyou gain Fabrice for allowing us to stay

Super Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen das der Pool direkt an der überdachten Terasse lag. Auch ein Kühlschrank ist außen vorhanden was sehr vorteilhaft ist, wenn man aus den Pool kommt. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet was sehr von Vorteil ist, so kann man etwas Wind durchs Haus wehen lassen wenn es warm ist. Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und ein Supermarkt ist sogar fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.

Belle maison de vacances !

La villa est telle que décrite dans l'annonce, et elle permet grâce aux différentes terrasses de vivre à l'extérieur du matin au soir! Pour les moustiques ,une bougie à la citronnelle et le tour est joué !Nous avons profité un maximum de son confort et la piscine était juste à la parfaite température. N'hésitez pas à aller au Supermarché Costablancas et à sa super "Cafétéria" pour boire un café sous les arbres, ni au marché le vendredi. A noter qu'au bout de la rue le bus 10 conduit en quelques minutes au centre d'Albir, à Altea et dans l'autre sens à Benidorm. Pour 1.60€ c'est juste parfait quand on en a assez de conduire. Merci à Myriam pour son accueil chaleureux et à Fabrice, très arrangeant quand aux dates et heures d'arrivée. Nous attendons l'an prochain avec impatience !

Zoals elk jaar hebben wij weer genoten van ons verblijf in L'Alfaz del Pi. Fabrice is steeds bereikbaar. Myriam heeft weer voor de beste zorgen gezorgd en was steeds bereikbaar, zelfs op een onmogelijk uur. Wij komen volgend jaar zekers terug. Eddy en Francine Van Hemel-Duyck.

Schöne Finca in perfekter Lage

Wir waren im September dort. Das Wetter war zum Glück nicht mehr ganz so warm. Das war auch deshalb gut, da es keine Klimaanlage in diesem Objekt gibt. Aber das war uns auch von anfang an bekannt. Trotzdem waren die Nächte nicht unter 20 Grad und die Deckenventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer waren doch leider sehr laut. Eine Klimaanlage, wenigstens im Schlafzimmer wäre durchaus angebracht. Wir hatten leider auch ein paar hygenische Mängel die man so bei einem Objekt nicht unbedingt erwarten würde aber ich sehe das noch als ein Bagatel, da wir eben nur etwas nacharbeiten mussten. Aber Schluss mit dem negativen Teil, da sonst wirklich alles perfekt war. Der Pool war ein Traum und sehr gepflegt, die Küche komplett und modern ausgestattet und es gab überall Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und sogar Türen. Es gibt reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten und Sonnenschirme. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist traumhaft und man kommt zum Strand, nach Benidorm, in die Berge, zu etlichen Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten Fahrzeit. Vielen Dank auch an Myriam und Fabrice. Es klappte alles reibungslos.

Prima vakantiewoning

We verbleven 12 dagen in deze vakantiewoning, het huis is goed uitgerust met prima bedden en probleemloos internet, Fabrice is erg coulant met in- en uitchecktijden, en reageert zeer snel en correct op vragen of verzoeken. De ligging is prima, het huis ligt in een rustige buurt met voldoende privacy en genoeg winkels en horeca in de buurt. Een auto is noodzakelijk om de omgeving te verkennen, Het zwembad is heerlijk en de keuken is goed uitgerust met uitstekende koelkast en vriezer, helaas kan de schoonmaak van de keuken beter, maar dat is ook het enige minpuntje, verder zijn er ruim voldoende glazen, bestek en apparatuur aanwezig. Kortom, we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

superb location

this villa is perfect just could do with a few updates on certain things ie outside furniture, extra umbrella for outside as there is only one, also a extra fob for the gate as one fob is not enough if some of you want to go out and others dont, inside maybe some bedroom mirrors in the bedrooms when your getting ready of a night, Fabrice is brilliant for sorting things out for you if there is a problem, will be returning here as it suited our needs
