Newly renovated interior. Kick back, relax and enjoy all the best Key Largo has to offer. Just one house off of the beautiful Blackwater Sound Bay where you can sit on the dock and watch porpoises jumping, manatees swimming by and a perfect location to see the sunrise and sunset. Just minutes to the Adams cut waterway where you can go fishing , diving or just cruising on the boat.
Restaurants, shopping , dive shops, the famous Caribbean Club and JOhn Pennekamp are all close by.
Newly remodeled after Hurricane Irma with all impact windows and sliding doors.
This home features two stories, upstairs is the main house with full kitchen , washer and dryer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bonus is the view from the screened patio over looking the bay. Have your coffee, wine, beer or cigars while sitting at the high top table.
*BONUS, totally separate entrance with keypad lock for the older kids or guests that come visit*
The downstairs is a full apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, there is a door dividing from the den which has a pullout sofa bed .
60 foot dock to bring your own boat or rent a pontoon boat (boat Davit is not included) , double wide fish cleaning table and above ground pool.
Downstairs is a covered patio with a full stainless steel outdoor kitchen... BBQ grill with double burners , sink ,French refrigerator and full ice machine .
Storage room contains lounge chairs , cornhole board, microwave, margaritaville frozen drink machine ,towels and much more
Professionally cleaned and disinfected after every stay with at least one day in between bookings.

Great place to vacation!

We loved our time here, after awhile it began to feel like a second home. Robin and Barry were great hosts! Their home has a lovely decor, wonderful views, and really nice neighbors. We are hoping to make this an annual visit.

Great Property

Tons of amenities and well appointed. Our son was able to work remotely for two weeks from the downstairs apartment. We appreciated the bikes for our visitors and our dog being able to stay with us. The owner was exceptionally helpful. We would totally recommend this property.

Wonderful for a winter get-away!

We spent a month in this lovely home, getting away from Ohio winter weather. Minutes after arriving we saw a manatee at the dock and knew we'd have a wonderful month. The house is just as nice as the pictures show. It is clean and beautifully decorated. There are 6 flat screen TVs, the beds are comfortable, the towels are fluffy and the kitchen has all you need. There is a full size washer and dryer. We ate in most of the time, taking advantage of the new gas grill downstairs. And the outdoor, downstairs kitchen is great! Besides the grill, there is a French door refrigerator/freezer, a sink and a TV. There is a large table with 6 cushioned chairs. We didn't use the pool because it was a little chilly for us, but we enjoyed time in the lounge chairs. The view from the dock or the upstairs screened in porch is fabulous and perfect for enjoying a cocktail or a meal! The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. We were able to bring our little dog and she enjoyed the fenced in yard. There are stores near by and lots of great restaurants to try. We spent a day down in Key West and a day up in the Everglades and lots of time in between. Robin and Barry are friendly, caring, responsive owners and very easy to work with. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect in every way

We rented from Jan 12 to Feb 12. The property is great and was exactly as presented on the website. Beautiful place with clear views of the water. We hiked, biked, boated and snorkled. Lots of fun! There is a separate downstairs suite so our company had plenty of privacy. Owners were great and very easy to work with. A truly enjoyable experience! Definitely five stars!

We live in Pompano beach living in a waterfront home.

Why they chose this property

This home is just one house off of the Blackwater sound Bay and minutes to the ocean for some great fishing.
You can sit in the covered patio and relax overlooking the canal and watching boats passing by all day while they go out for the day. We have a full kitchen with BBQ grill downstairs as well as a screened patio upstairs.
