About this property

Beautiful and large villa with garden a few minutes from Annecy and the Aravis.

Large contemporary house, large triple living room opening onto a large terrace equipped for lunch and rest, bedroom on the ground floor, we have just changed the box spring and mattress for a more comfortable bed with private shower room, modern kitchen, fully equipped, toilet, utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs two large bedrooms and bathroom with double bath, toilet, Air conditioning upstairs in the large bedroom. Large house in excellent condition, very bright, many picture windows. Very beautiful garden with beautiful equipped terrace, barbecue, deckchairs ... in a pretty and calm mountain village. Annecy and the resorts of Aravis are nearby.

Très belle maison tout à fait conforme au descriptif.Accueil chaleureux . On se sent comme à la maison. Climatisation très appréciée surtout dans la chambre du haut car nous étions en canicule ; cependant, la maison reste bien fraîche et n'avons pas usé de la climatisation de la salle à manger.Niveau de communication très réactif.Région idyllique, Villaz est un point central pour découvrir les beautés de la région.Gardons un excellent souvenir.Cordialement

Magnifique maison à Villaz

Magnifique grande maison parfaitement équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable. Bien située par rapport à Annecy. La climatisation a été appréciée car période de canicule (plus de 40 degrés). Très bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Tres bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jour dans la maison. Tous s'est bien passé. La maison est tres spacieuse bien équipée et bien entretenue. Villaz est a proximité d'Annecy, des plages et de beaucoup d'activités. Le village de Villaz est accessible en voiture de la maison en 5 minutes. Encore merci à Mme Decout pour l'accueil!

Très bon séjour en Haute-Savoie

La maison est très agréable à vivre de part sa superficie et son équipement (tout ce qu'il faut, comme à la maison). Pour la climatisation, il est à noter qu'elle n'est disponible que dans 1 chambre à l'étage. Le seul bémol est la literie du RDC qui n'est pas adaptée pour 2 adultes (précision : il s'agit d'un canapé convertible). Nous pensons qu'il serait préférable de stocker un "vrai" matelas et le mettre à la place de celui existant quand la pièce est occupée. A part ce point, mais celui-ci à son importance, le reste est impeccable. Je recommande donc cette location, mais attention si vous devez utilisez la chambre du RDC pour des adultes (pour des enfants, ça le fait). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et répondent au mieux aux demandes des locataires. Merci à eux.

We enjoyed our stay in this house! Luxureous, well equiped, nice environment. Five stars if the bedroom on groundfloor would be equipped with a real bed instead of a couch-bed... Big garden! Street below is quite busy and noisy with fast traffic at times. Owners are very nice in contact, booking an extra night was no problem, also no obligatory arrival/departure on a saturday!

We stayed in July for two weeks; hiking, biking & wakeboarding within appox. 1hr drive from the house. Everything was fine. The house is fit with all one needs. The location is perfect for trips in Savoi.

Un séjour extrêmement agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de M. et Mme DECOUT. Leur filleule et son mari ont été très accueillants et Joëlle DECOUT était très attentive et réactive à nos demandes par téléphone. La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques, on s'y sent très vite chez soi. Tout est conforme à la description, il serait parfait d'y ajouter le type de couchage (vrai lit ou convertible) afin de s'assurer de la complète satisfaction de tous. Je recommande grandement cette location. Merci à nos hôtes.
