APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Located in Saint-Cyprien-Plage, the 3-storey Residence "Les Goélettes" offers self-catering accommodation, providing access to a secure collective car park.
The residence is fenced with an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool and direct access to the beach.

The 30m2 apartment is composed as follows:
- Has a terrace & patio of 15m2 patio / terrace with plancha, 1 table, 6 garden chairs, set of garden sofa / armchairs, 2 sunbathings.
- A sitting area with a TV, a convertible coffee table and a 140cm sofa bed.
- An open kitchen equipped with a worktop, an oven, hob, a large fridge, dishes, kitchen utensil, a washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine.
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- A bathroom with Italian shower
- separate WC

Grocers 100 m, restaurants 900 m, beach club.
In the city: supermarket, shop, post office, restaurant, nightclub, casino, museum.
Saint Cyprien, with its magnificent sandy beach is located in the heart of Roussillon, known for its marina, scuba diving, water sports, sports center (2km) and its 18-hole / 9-hole golf course ( 1.8 km).
Close to Spain, the Catalan culture and gastronomy are renowned. Seaside resort suitable for families, 22 km from Perpignan, 15 km from Collioure, 45 km from Spanish border.


Arrival time: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Departure time: between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

To be paid on site, the day of your arrival:

Security deposit of 550 €:
- 500 € for the apartment
- 50 € for the cleaning not carried out
They will be given to you no later than 2 weeks after your departure.

Appartement impeccable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Terrasse et jardin au top. Accès direct à la plage très agréable. Si vous avez des vélos, c’est l’idéal, vous laissez votre voiture pendant tout le séjour. On reviendra se ressourcer à St Cyprien chez Thibault qui est très gentil et super accueillant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, avec un joli extérieur très appréciable ! La plage est à quelques pas, et nous avons pu profiter d’activités très sympas a saint cyprien (bateau, jet ski) et visiter les alentours sans faire trop de route (Collioure, Argeles…). Nous recommandons cette location !

Super verblijf

Klein, maar knus appartement, ideaal voor 2 à 3 volwassenen. Alles is voorzien. Tuintje is een meerwaarde. Gelegen vlakbij het strand. Parking voorzien. Contact met eigenaars verliep vlekkeloos en zijn heel attente en correcte mensen ! Geen inkijk van andere appartementen. Dit was genieten !
