Enjoy beautiful Boulder, Colorado at our bright and spacious basement apartment. Close to Chautauqua Park and miles of open space and hiking trails; near the University of Colorado campus; and a quick bike ride or walk to Pearl Street and downtown Boulder. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1000 square foot apartment has a separate entrance, fully-stocked kitchen, new and updated bathroom, and can accomodate up to 4 people.

So close to everything in Boulder... and quiet and safe....

OK, I am a harsh critic. I admit it. I needed a place to stay in Boulder following a family wedding. We wanted to hike (and bike) and have good access to "everything" but we wanted a quiet and peaceful spot. Enter Jason and Karin. I did message them prior to our booking with questions and they were prompt and friendly. So I booked the unit based on a gut feeling. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The unit is so close to hiking, biking, everything one could want in Boulder. Jason was SO helpful with any and every question. We have stayed in Boulder before in a similar basement unit (which is no longer rented) and were so happy to find just what we needed. You cannot ask for more convenience, space, friendliness and overall detail. Boulder is an amazing place and Jason and Karin have gone the extra mile. Do not be put off by the lack of reviews due to COVID. They are so responsible and conscientious which part of what motivated me to stay with them in the first place. I hope to return many times since the newlyweds are family living within good driving distance. Thanks, Jason and Karin for helping to craft the perfect end to a fairy tale wedding stay.

Rental was amazing. Super convenient to everything! Highly recommend to others.

Working with Jason and Karin was nothing short of fantastic. They were both very responsive and helpful. Rental was brand new and in a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Chautauqua Retreat lives up to its name

Perfect location to take in all the Boulder has to offer. Well outfitted kitchen and apartment. Highly recommend to future guests.

Parent's Weekend Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay at this lovely apartment. Jason and Karen have created a lovely, quiet and safe retreat. Every detail was well-thought out with attention to the extras that you might need. Very comfy beds, super clean bathroom, very well-equipped kitchen- with coffee and milk in the fridge for us, which was most appreciated! We did not bring a car, but walked to campus, and our dinners out. When we did need a ride, Ubers were plentiful and reasonable! We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Perfect for our girls’ getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It had the perfect amount of space for my friend and I, and everything we needed. The location is excellent with Chautauqua Park right up the street and a short ride to Pearl St. It is clean, comfortable, and well-designed. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner's with Insight!

This property has EVERYTHING a person could need! The owners certainly got it right when they put this apartment together. Most locations give you the essentials however Jason and Karin make you feel pampered or like they set it up for family. I utilize Home Away quite often and rarely leave a review. Perfect family spot

Close to CU campus, Hiking, Shops & Restaurants!

I booked this unit for my daughters college visit at The University of Colorado at Boulder. It was just as advertised and even better in person. The unit was very clean and well stocked. It is close to everything! You can walk to campus, hiking trails, restaurants and shops. I wasn’t sure about renting a basement unit, but to my surprise it didn’t feel like one. It had large bright windows that let in great light. It was a great place to come back to after exploring beautiful Boulder and what it has to offer! Jason was very response to each communication and was very helpful! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Boulder!
