Description:
Old restored house 80 M2 located in a small village near Malzieu city
Altitude 1100 m,
A75 motorway at 10 mn
AT THE GROUND FLOOR :
- large living room:
 kitchen area (gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fryer, raclette ..), a table 4 people,
sitting area with 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs,, flat screen TV,
dining area with large table for 8 people, wood fire.
W. C on the ground floor
UPSTAIRS :
1 tier
1 furnished room with 1 bed 140 (mattress and mattress changed in August 2018), ensuite bathroom with shower,
1 furnished room with 3 beds in 90 cm not bunk.

THE HOUSEHOLD IS DONE AFTER EACH TENANT OUTPUT, we ask the tenants to leave the house clean, there is no cleaning option.

Magnifique et ressourçant !

TrĂšs belle fermette, amĂ©nagĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, dans un environnement magnifique. Nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien, tout est lĂ  pour que l'on s'y sente bien.La nature, le calme et la beautĂ© des villages voisins ont fait que nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour vraiment revigorant.TrĂšs bonne communication avec la propriĂ©taire et la dame qui nous a accueillis sur place.Seul (tout petit) bĂ©mol: l'escalier peut ĂȘtre un peu "raide" pour des personnes fatiguĂ©es. Mais nous, nous avons sĂ©rieusement envisagĂ© de revenir !

TrÚs bon séjour

Petit gite trÚs sympathique, avec tout ce dont on a besoin dedans. A proximité d'une petite commune trÚs médiévale, mais aussi quelques randonnées possibles pour les amoureux de la nature. Je recommande cette petite fermette sans hésiter.

Un weekend au vert...

Location bien aménagée, bien équipée et spacieuse. Bien située, entre Le Malzieu-ville et Saint-Alban-de-Limagnole. Des balades à volonté dans n'importe quelle direction. Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Ancienne maison typique restaurĂ©e, parfaite pour le repos A proximitĂ© de Malzieu, bourg trĂšs vivant,bon office du tourisme. Les gens sont partout extrĂȘmement accueillants Une semaine de repos et de dĂ©couverte de la rĂ©gion, avec Ă  proximitĂ© les plateaux d Aubrac.

Fermette rĂ©novĂ©e situĂ©e dans un hameau calme, Ă  proximitĂ© de sites trĂšs intĂ©ressants tant au niveau randonnĂ©e que culturel. Quelques amĂ©liorations pourraient ĂȘtre apportĂ©es Ă  la location pour obtenir les 5 Ă©toiles. A souligner, la gentillesse des voisins.
