Spectacular 2 BDRM Casa that has all the amenities of home.
This well appointed Casa Chica property is in an excellent location, centrally located close to The Wine Bar restaurant and swimming pools (both the public pool and lap pool). The golf course and beach area are only a 5 minute walk away.
This unit is bright and spacious with lots of upgrades, including granite counter tops in the kitchen and marble in the bathrooms. It has 2 Master bedrooms both with king beds, one on the main level and the other on the upper level. The upper level bedroom has it’s own ensuite bathroom, with a terrace and view of the golf course and mountains. Both bathrooms have spacious showers and full soaker bath tubs.
The kitchen, living room and bedroom areas have lots of light. This is an end unit, only attached to the unit at the rear, so it is open on 3 sides to views of courtyards, fountains and garden area.
There is also a viewing tower giving a nice view of the golf course and Sierra de la Giganta Mountains behind Loreto Bay. This is a family home that's lived in, and has all the amenities of home.
