Quaint one story newly built tiny Bungalow home nestled between downtown Atlanta, Midtown, and the Beltline. We are next door and across the street from places that can help support all your traveling needs! Need something to eat? Go across the street to Five Guys, Jersey Mike's, or any of the fine dining located in the area. Need something for that presentation? Then step right over to Office Depot, Target, or Best Buy! Also, remember the MARTA train station is right around the corner so hop on and experience all the Atl has to offer. See you soon!

Quick Retreat

Needed a place to rest our head after the 420 Festival, Nicole's place was in close proximity to the venue and suited our needs perfectly. The guest house is not visible from the road, it is behind Nicole's home, but there is easy access to the back yard. Nicole was the perfect Host.

Hi! All pots and additional toiletries were underneath the kitchen sink that I showed you. My number was also listed in the home if you needed additional assistance. My home is only 6ft away if you needed additional assistance and I did mention to you several times that weekend to reach out if you needed me for anything. Thank you again for your stay Bob. Nicole

Cute and Comfy

Small separate building in the back of main building. Very comfortable for the 2 of us who stayed overnight. Bed was full size and I believe the couch folds out. All the essentials were available and she left a couple of waters in the fridge. Host was on property and available for any issues. GPS was a little wonky as it does try to get you to the space behind the house, which leads you to the alley behind and can't access from there. Pay attention to the actual street to turn onto for arrival. Only thing I would suggest would be some sort of covering over the front. Host request to not wear shoes inside, there was a downpour and our shoes were flooded with no protection. We should have brought them inside, but lesson learned, we can never trust the weather in the South.

DO NOT BOOK. BAIT AND SWITCH. Host had a different building on the property listed in the pictures but had someone else staying in it. Tried to give us her house that was very run down and dirty. Shower was also broken and water got lukewarm at best. There was no attempt to communicate that what I had booked was not available. She waited until we were there and exhausted from traveling. We didn't realize the first night as we were so tired. I would never have paid money to stay in this piece of crap house. It was not updated, not clean and had all of her personal stuff everywhere. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was there. This was very deceitful and I hope no one else has to go through this. Please see attached photos for where we actually stayed.

I want this response to be as professional as possible. When I saw what Mr. Jordan and his wife posted, I have to admit that I didn't understand. Based on the pictures and the commentary, I can't imagine anyone staying if things were in the disorder that is being claimed. As a consumer I would have contacted the owners immediately and asked for a refund. I did not hear from this couple. The pictures shown is after this couple had been at the property for a second day. As a consumer, who would walk in and stay and à place that is in disarray? Everything in the house is/was clean and it seems people were looking very hard for something to be wrong. On the toilet seat picture, as a consumer, do you see any stains? Do the floor pics look dirty to you, as a consumer? Finally, I do have two units and the one on VRBO was occupied so I gave this couple the main house. The items placed in the kitchen, etc. are items that I leave out for guests. These guests never contacted so I could have at least resolved the issue or refunded them. I'm only disappointed that we, as adults, didn't/couldn't communicate.
