Spacious 4 bed, 2 bath house a block from the University and within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store. With a large kitchen and seating for twelve, this home is a perfect place for family gatherings and accommodating large groups of people. 1 king, 2 queens, a full, a bunkbed, and two pull out couches. We had a wonderful time at Elena's place right next to UM campus. The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed for cooking. Would definitely stay here again if looking for a place in Missoula.

It was easy to check in. Since we rented over Christmas she put a Christmas tree up for us. That was an incredible gesture. They had plenty of games and puzzles. The furniture was basic and there was plenty for a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and plateware etc. Parking could be a challenge with the university proximity to house. They have 2-4 hour parking passes to use and one parking spot in the alley for a midsize or smaller vehicle.

Booked it for the family for our daughter's wedding. We had different family members over during our stay and everyone commented on what a home feel it had. Lots of space and all the amenities you need. Plenty of hot water for showers, nothinf lacking in the kitchen for your meals and plenty of towels and games. A great place for a family to stay!

We originally had 11 coming to the property for a family wedding, but 8 of those were unable to make the trip. My husband, son, and I did not take advantage of this awesome space. If we come back to Missoula with a large group, we will definitely try to stay here again.

This house was perfect for my family. We traveled from Boston to have a destination Christmas. The house was very clean,beds comfortable and in a great location. There were many kitchen supplies and ingredients in the cupboard to help with our Christmas dinner. I recommend staying here.

Great house, plenty of room, plenty of sleeping options. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. We even found coffee, sugar and a milk substitute, which came in handy after our late night concert, made the morning so much better! Enjoyed sitting in the back yard on the deck. Location was great, just a few minutes to downtown, Krispy Kreme and other fantastic dining options. We would stay here again. The 8 of us enjoyed it very much.

What makes this property unique

Four rooms and two extra sleeping spaces, with extra couches provide an abundance of space for your family or friend gathering, conveniently located close to the University of Montana and Downtown.

The kitchen opens to the dining and living room for a spacious area for everyone to gather yet with the ability to shut off spaces to accommodate kids bedtimes etc. (Crib and/or pack and play available upon request).

There is a nice fenced in backyard with dining set, extra chairs, a grill and view of Mt. Sentinel.
