LAUGHING DUCK RANCH.... Canal property and just steps away from the beach!

Welcome to Laughing Duck Ranch! This cozy, comfortable house sits on a shared acre with 6' fence all around for privacy. This rental sits right next to a canal that offers so much wildlife! Nestle into the hot tub, grab a drink and enjoy watching the ducks, blue herons and so many more birds or sit next to the bonfire in the evenings and relax. This little neighborhood offers not just the canal but also just a half of a block walk to the Dungeness beach. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet. This is a pet friendly house and fenced in yard. Some small dogs may be able escape. We also offer a pet package inside the rental! *We do have a pet fee.

This house was wonderful. A short walk to a beautiful beach with tons of shells. Just a short drive into town for lots of great restaurants and a nice downtown area. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking in hurricane ridge and crescent lake. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful stay. The home is comfortable and has anything you would need, and even has thoughtful extras for your dog. It was nice and quiet and a beautiful place to unwind. Close enough to town and the Olympics for some adventuring as well. I would stay here again if we travel back to the area.

Laughing Duck Ranch is a mobile home sitting on the other side of a fence from the owners/managers, in a nice-ish trailer park. Most of the trailers are on large lots. Some are artistic and others have warning signs about not coming onto the property or you'll be shot. Not really a vacation spot as such.The mobile home has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. Some effort has definitely been made in decorating the bedrooms. The master bedroom (slightly larger, with a TV on the wall) has a very comfortable mattress. The other bedroom mattress was so hard that it caused my daughter to have back spasms. We were fortunate to be able to borrow a foam mattress topper from a nearby relative, as we couldn't locate any such thing for sale in Sequim.There is an uncomfortable couch in the living room that isn't wide enough for someone to sleep. My nephew slept on a manually inflatable air mattress provided by the owner, which unfortunately made it not possible for us to use the living room.When I asked the owner where the fifth person was to sleep, she said that I had registered as two adults and one child, so shouldn't need a location for a fifth person. I really just needed beds for three people ages 56, 22, and 16, none of whom could share beds.

Wonderful stay. Quiet area, clean home, everything we needed was available. Laughing ducks heard in the canal when we arrived. Hot tub was awesome and view of stars at night spectacular.
