Family manor house with panoramic view over the bay of Douarnenez

On the Crozon peninsula, at the western end of the Armorique regional park, stands an exceptional family property, the Rulianec manor.
Rulianec (600m2) consists of a living room, a dining room, a TV lounge, a dining kitchen, a laundry room, 14 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The majority of the rooms have an exceptional view of the ocean. Completely renovated with a chic and contemporary decoration, respecting its history, Rulianec can accommodate up to 15 people.
Two large beaches are easily accessible directly from the property, one by a private road.
The setting is idyllic for bringing together a large family or a group of friends, in a calm and private atmosphere, the property is prohibited from overflight.
Rulianec is located in the middle of a 3.4 hectare park. Below the property there are several caves accessible at low tide.
A heated swimming pool (6x12) and an exotic wooden terrace (700m2) are under construction.

The owners make every effort to provide tenants with a unique experience. They can help you organize your vacation and have a tailor-made stay. They are always reachable to respond to different requests.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Wir haben es genossen, auf der riesigen Terasse zu essen oder uns im Pool zu erfrischen. Das Haus ist sorgfältig renoviert und die Materialien sind geschmackvoll gewählt. Die grosse Küche ist bestens ausgerüstet, Geschirr und Besteck sind grosszügig vorhanden. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Badezimmer schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Empfang war herzlich, der Service während unseres Aufenthaltes diskret und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen das Anwesen ohne Einschränkungen für Gruppen und Familien.

Je suis venu avec 6 amis et le Manoir était un rêve. La communication avec le concierge était précis et nous sentons vraiment entre des bonnes mains. Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce beau endroit. On va revenir !
