Luxury Top Floor Residence in the Village at Northstar - Catamount 403

Conveniently located in the Catamount Lodge building in the heart of the Village at Northstar, this newly-remodeled, two bedroom residence features updated flooring, modernized furnishings and gorgeous decor throughout! The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and Caesarstone counter tops, opens up to a roomy living area featuring vaulted ceilings, a guest half bathroom, and a balcony overlooking Village Run and the Gondola building. The master suite has a king bed and desk for working remotely, and opens up to a large bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed. Both en suite bedrooms are spacious and have large Smart TV's, making this the perfect retreat for a large family, or two couples! Catamount Lodge is only steps away from the entrance to the Big Springs gondola, for easy access to skiing, biking, and hiking. After a long day of adventure, enjoy a Tahoe evening on the balcony, or snuggle up to the cozy fireplace!

Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Catamount Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door!

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect for our son’s MTB race. The house is beautiful, clean, smelled nice and the beds are super comfortable. We would definitely rent here again.

Great Stay in the Village

The location was perfect for a ski weekend. Checkin and directions were a breeze. The unit itself was lovely - very comfortable for our family of 4. Given the bunk beds in the second bedroom we could have brought a couple more kids with us easily. Would definitely stay here again and hope to soon.

Amazing property

We were thrilled with this, one-of-a-kind, find in Northstar Village. We have stayed in some great places over the years and this one is at or near the top. Great amenities and well supplied with the right fixins...plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc.

Perfect location for biking at north star. Overlooked the lift line and was steps from tickets. Great underground parking where we could keep our bikes locked on the car. Pool and fitness room were amazing. Spacious living space with everything we needed!

This was a great stay. We loved the condo and everything it had to offer. Although we were rarely in it, it seemed to have everything one would need. The location at Northstar made this baseball tournament so much fun having several entertainment opportunities for kids!

BEAUTIFUL, remodeled, close to everything ...

This was our first time staying right in the village at Northstar (we've stayed at other properties around the resort). It was so fun to be right there -- and very convenient! The condo was very, very nice. Remodeled with really beautiful finishes, and impressive design. It was very clean, and very well-stocked (all the glassware and kitchen tools you could ask for!). The views of the base of the mountain were beautiful -- trees and snow through all the windows, and tons of light. The building was nicely kept up as well, and parking was easy. Random word of warning -- if the hot tub smells too chlorinated, don't go in. There was a little snafu with the hot tub being overly chlorinated while we were there and we had some skin irritation as a result of our 10 minute dip. But, both the management company and the on-site staff were super responsive, and addressed the problem right away. Two additional very small criticisms (things that would not stop us from returning): the toilet paper was very thin (my 9 year old complained), and we didn't love the shower heads so much. But, that tub!!! I need one just like it!! Overall, an incredible stay at a truly amazing property. I would highly recommend it, and we're hoping to go back and stay there again next ski season (covid-permitting).

Great Start to the Ski Season

This property really helped our family kick off ski season the right way! From the seamless check in process, to the clean yet cozy interior and the well appointed amenities, we had everything we needed as a family to enjoy the mountain (amazing location), make memories cooking a homemade meal (the kitchen has everything you need) and spend needed quality time by the fire playing games and watching a movie (the entertainment system is high tech but easy to use). We cannot wait to return in 2021 and beyond!

Beautiful Mountain Stay

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s beautifully updated, Lauren the property manager is a doll, the location in the village is perfect. My family has visited NorthStar for 40 years so I know what I’m talking about. I loved it so much I am already coming back.

Best long ski weekend

Stylish and cozy spot next to gondola. Nice view. High ceilings make it feel larger. The 3rd half bath is nice bonus. Dinner at bourbon pub downstairs foodie comfort food. Would definitely stay again.
