Rent duplex T3 in a quiet area located 300 m from the beach and the city center. The house of 50 m, facing south, includes a living room of 25 m with kitchen (electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen ....) and a floor with two bedrooms of 10m (one with a large balcony), a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The bedrooms each have a double bed and an integrated closet. The accommodation also has a garden of 15m with garden furniture, and water point; private and secure parking and free wifi.

Smoking and pets not allowed.

This house comfort, you will enjoy a seaside resort known for its beaches and for its cultural and daily sports activities.

Quiet area where one does not hear the animations of the city center.
