Lodging in the heart of the Vineyard

Apartment Dupleix located in a quiet, green area with terrace and pool, ideal for a family holiday. Just 30 minutes from Bordeaux and fifteen minutes of Saint Emilion. Equipped with a small functional kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and toilets on each floor. Very close to the Perigord, it can be the base for a tour of the South West and the famous vineyards nearby.

Vines Vines Vineyards and Wine what's not to like!

Excellent directions to follow right to the door. Very pleasant welcome by Vincent, who conversed in very good english which allowed my poor French to be relaxed! Great accommodation and outside space, we knew that it was too early for the pool to be available but Vincent put out two loungers for us to utilise on the decking. If we were to visit this area again we would have no hesitation to stay in this property again. Thank you vincent for your hospitality.

Gîte en arrière cours, très agréable. Pas de vis à vis. Pas de gêne sonore, on a pu dormir tard le matin. Terrasse parfumée avec le magnifique jasmin présent.

Great location for St Emillion

We stayed here due to its proximity to St Emilllion. Unfortunately there is no public transport so someone will need to be a designated driver, but this was not really an issue for us. SatNav found the house easily with no issues. House itself was beautiful and well-designed although we did have a little trouble with some sticky locks. There is an (unheated) pool which we did not use, but was a lovely option to have. Not a huge living space if you plan to stay for an extended period but perfect for our needs.
