2 Bed 1 Bath, 1 car garage, with a fenced yard in a very quiet location, with birds singing in the trees.
If you like going to the beach you can ride the bike, or bus/uber/drive 10-15 minutes to Treasure Island or St. Pete Beach and you are about the same distance to Downtown St. Petersburg! The house is situated in a very low-traffic section of the neighborhood. A few blocks from the house is Central Avenue, which has many restaurants and shops. Kahwa Coffee, Circle K, Walgreens, Winn Dixie Grocery Store and lots of other restaurants are within a mile away.

This clean, furnished home is central to everything you need in St. Pete. Transitioning to a new job? I275 will take you anywhere you want to go and is only 10 minutes away. Want to visit the beach? Just a 15 minute drive. Just need a warm place to thaw out for the winter? This home is perfect. Sit in the sun and listen to the birds chirping. You will love your Florida vacation!
