Located on our main floor, this contemporary room features a king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen television, large bathroom with luxury shower including rainfall shower head as well as a Jacuzzi bathtub. This room also features a private outside patio space with bistro table & chairs. This first floor room offers daily housekeeping as well as complimentary sample Aveda toiletries, in-room coffee, tea, bottled water, breakfast muffins & biscotti and private parking. The suites at Bella Vita are all non-smoking and do not permit children under the age of 16 or pets. Thank you for your cooperation.

Amazing Location

This place suited our needs perfectly! I think the nightly rate is extremely fair, and the location is literally perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. We did hear a little bit of vehicle noise in the morning since there's a parking lot right in the back, but overall, the stay was 5/5.

Overnight trip

Had a wonderful time and totally enjoyed the unit. Everything was simple and even had private parking. Location was perfect. Shower had plenty of pressure and the bed was very comfortable. If I had one suggestion, I’d make ice available to the guests. Fortunately I was able to grab a zip lock bag from the bar next door. But would surely stay here again.

Off the Alley

Loved our stay in the Piedmont room. Perfect location to explore Saugatuck. Loved having access to the Alleyway and private parking space. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. We'd come back for sure. Oh yeah the jacuzzi tub was super nice after a long day of riding bikes.

It was great to be right in town. Overall the room was okay. The king size bed was very comfortable.The bathroom could use some work.The tile grout was very chipped, there was a patch on the wall, and the shower had mildew. Our biggest issues were not getting the AC to adjust (we were cold) and the Wi-Fi was terrible.

Every was great except the "breakfast"

The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the "breakfast muffins & biscotti" - I was expecting something fresh and local, but they were just packaged items that could have been purchased at a convenience store. Definitely not false advertising - just didn't match the quality and feel of the rest of the stay. A lovely suite in a great location!

In terms of the packaged items, by law because we are not a B & B we can not provide any foods other than packaged foods. B & B's have kitchens, kitchen staff and specific health / food codes they must abide by that we simply just don't have. Look forward to having you back!

Ideal location within the heart of shops and restaurants. The refrigerator door wouldn't close and was in need of defrosting. Floors were dirty and there was sand accumulated in the corners of the door frames to the street. The bathroom exhaust fan was partially out of the ceiling and appeared to be covered in mold and dirt. Thin, threadbare blanket on the bed, and accent chairs are in need of being replaced.

This is a beautiful, modern suite tucked away in the heart of historic Saugatuck. Loved the off-street parking space, great not to have to worry about finding our own parking. Step outside the door, turn the corner and you're right in the thick of things. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, and specialty shops within a 3-4 block radius. Highlights were the Acai breakfast bowls at Tree of Life Juice, coffee and muffins at Uncommon Coffee Roasters, lobster salad at Fresh Basil Cafe, and ice cream at Kilwin's. Bella Vita answered all questions before I could even ask. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway just steps from your room was shopping, coffee shops and a multitude of restaurants. Even though our suite was centrally located, it was quiet in the evening for a good night's rest. Staffs communication was excellent, they were more than helpful. Would stay again!

Great Downtown Location

This was the perfect place for our two night stay in Saugatuck. Our room was very pretty with beautiful wood ceilings and floors. Convenient kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and even a welcome plate of snacks. Enjoyed sitting on the patio right outside our door. Private parking in back was convenient in this busy spot. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking to be right downtown.
