The Gite was incredibly well equipped and appointed, and was superb. All our family were incredibly comfortable and happy. Guillaume and Gaelle were excellent hosts and responsive to our questions. Our young people enjoyed the spa and the pool, and the older ones amongst us appreciated the pool, the excellent kitchen facilities and Le Grange au pain down the road. It was quiet, and the weather was the icing on the cake for us. A very happy and well rested family at the end of our stay with everyone's needs met. Thank you so much :) we also discovered a super restaurant - Il Pozzo - in La Chapelle aux Deux Pots and thoroughly recommend Dan and her husband's hospitality. We ventured to the market in Gournay-en -Bray on Tuesday - it had a little of everything, and the Abbey in St-Germer-de-Fly was incredibly interesting and worth a visit. Oh, and we had a great view of the eclipse too!

The house was immaculate and felt like a true home away from home. The pool was fantastic — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. Our host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. A well-deserved 5-star stay!

Great stay with extended family

We spent a lovely week at the property. The house is well organised and very clean. The kids loved the garden and the spa. We appreciated the second fridge!Communication with Gaelle was very fluid and she reacted quickly to our questions. The area is peaceful, but lots of things to visit in the area. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

Amazing Gite

We stayed at this amazing rural Gite from august 19-26, it was very clean, plenty of kitchen equipment, the beds were comfortable, lots of places to sit, my family enjoyed the hot tub, and we all enjoyed the swimming pool so much so we didn’t venture too far as we were all so happy to enjoy the Gite and it’s gardens, we hope to return next year

A delightful quiet getaway

A perfect environment if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday. Only the odd cockeral or cow moo in the distance. Property clean with comfortable beds. It is well equipped. It is a little tired and I have written to the Owner with some observations.

Great family holiday home

We had a lovely relaxing break in the house which is well equipped and spacious. We made good use of the pool, spa, BBQ and Tennis Table. The house is a little isolated in that you need to be prepared to get in the car and travel to supermarkets, restaurants etc but that was fine for us. Nearby town of Gerberoy worth a visit as well as Canada Plage (Beach) in Beauvais - a 25 min drive but lots of activities and reasonably priced. There is also a curfew on noise beyond 10pm which again not a problem for us.

Fantastic Family Rental in France

The property was everything we expected, the hot tub and table tennis was a bonus. All the bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms outstanding, and the cooking/dining facilities were outstanding. With very high temp. the pool was a life saver and in constant use, the local bakeries were fantastic and all the local supermarkets were friendly, clean and stocked what we wanted. As it was so hot we did not venture far the highlight being the park at St Paul and a meal in Beauvais town square. The BBQ was in constant use together with the 3 coffee makers and the dish washer. We would go again but we do not return to a previous rental.

Lovely property but in need of some tlc.

Outside...great potential but inadequate lounging chairs and no umbrellas..also tiles coming off in pool..very sharp and one child cut foot. Photo shows spring board but been removed. Kitchen very well equipped but no spare cupboards for food..oven not adequate and in poor repair. Upstairs toilet broken. Nowhere to hang clothes..only one room with wardrobe..difficult if there for a period of time. As I said a lovely property but in need of some care.

Lovely relaxing stay

What a wonderful week we had at Villa des Eaux Ouies! Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful, from showing us round everything, to being just a text message away throughout the week for any little thing we needed. The house itself was immaculately clean, we could tell that everything had been done really thoroughly. Was it brand new and freshly painted? No. Did it need to be? No. The villa is clean, functional and comfortable which is exactly what we need it to be for a week's holiday. The pool and outside area was lovely - its a really good-sized pool and the kids in our party spent most of their time in there. Plenty of sun loungers and two big cantilever parasols made life very comfortable for anyone who wasnt in the water! The diving board is no longer there, which wasnt a problem for us, although we recommended to the owners that the exposed joint is covered and filled in. The lawned garden beyond the pool is a fantastic size and has a small swing set/climbing frame which was great for the younger children who were with us. The spa room is a brilliant addition - the hot tub was a great novelty, and everyone had at least one dip in it. We were so happy with our stay that we booked for the following summer while we were there! And if thats not a recommendation, i dont know what is.

Grande maison accueillante

située dans un endroit calme, cette propriété nous a permis de nous retrouver en famille pour célébrer un anniversaire. Les enfants de 7 ans à 14 ans ont pu profiter du jardin, de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Nous avons déjeuné dehors dès le matin. Tous sont repartis enchantés du week-end. Gaëlle nous avait fourni de bons conseils sur l'utilisation des installations, un grand merci à elle pour son sourire.

Weekend anniversaire entre potos

On a passé un excellent weekend du début à la fin. Maison avec beaucoup d'espace. Cuisine très pratique, les chambres sont agréables, et tout le monde a vraiment apprécié les matelas ! Les 2 cerises sur le gâteau : piscine et jacuzzi. Merci aux propriétaires de l'accueil. Je recommande fortement !

Séjour raté !!!!

Le rendez-vous de 16 heures comme convenu, n'a pas été honoré par le propriétaire. Nous avons attendu devant la location pendant 4 heures dans le froid et après maintes appels téléphoniques et déplacement à son domicile à 23 kms plus loin, le propriétaire n'a pas daigné nous appeler et à seulement fait un message via ABRITEL à 22 heures pour nous communiquer les codes d'entrée. Réunion familiale ratée. Heureusement le service clientèle d'ABRITEL a été au top.

Madame, Étant en déplacement professionnel dans le nord, j'ai eu un problème avec mon téléphone portable, et de ce fait je n'ai pas eu vos messages. Je n'ai pu les consulter qu'a mon retour à mon domicile a 22h. Immédiatement, je vous ai envoyé par sms et par le biais de la messagerie Abritel les consignes pour la boite a code afin que vous puissiez rentrer immédiatement dans le logement. Pour information, ces consignes étaient présentes et consultables sur le livret d'accueil électronique du site Abritel. Comme vous ne souhaitiez pas rester dans la location, je vous ai rembourser le séjour et Abritel a fait de même avec leurs frais de service.
