Très bon séjour

Appartement propre et fonctionnel pour nous deux. Proche du lac et des commerces mais aussi animations locales, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il convient de penser aux vélos ce qui facilite grandement le séjour.

trop loin de tout

l'appartement correct mais un nettoyage de printemps pour accueillir des vacanciers (peintures écaillées intérieur et extérieur, toiles d'araignées un peu partout ....) aurait été nécessaire, le manque d'entretien est flagrant. La piscine est correcte bien que les toilettes étaient fermées nécessitant un retour à l'appartement pour se satisfaire. La résidence est trop isolée loin de tout à 10 km de la plage océan voiture obligatoire

Unterkunft umgeben von Pinienbäumen

Wir kannten das Objekt bereits von einem anderen Anbieter. Die Anlage ist umgeben von Pinienbäumen. Man kann zu Fuss Maubuisson erreichen ( ca. 15 Minuten.) Dort findet man auch einen Bäcker, kleinen Supermarkt, Weinhändler, Metzger. Fahrradverleih und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei Schränke mit guten Verstau-Möglichkeiten. Man hat einen breiten Balkon , mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie einem Wäscheständer. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Wasserkocher war defekt und wurde sofort ausgetauscht.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est charmant (conforme à la description). Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour (piscine, plage à 2 pas). Patrice et Julia se sont montrés très accueillants. A recommander sans problèmes.

tres belle locatiion

j ai loue un appartement a M. CLAVERIE dans une residence pierre et vacances. tres joli appartement, propre, agréable a vivre, fonctionnel avec beaucoup de rangements. Il n y manque rien . la literie et le linge de lit sont au top. Le propriétaire est chaleureux et répond à tout , très rapidement. le cadre est superbe et apaisant . la piscine bien que fraiche est tres propre et tres bien entretenue. Il n y a manque rien. Je recommande cette location , ideale pour un séjour reposant et agréable.

generell etwas teuer und etwas klein, aber perfekt gelegen, ca. 2,5 km zum Stand und ca. 0,5 km nach Maubuisson.
