I'm sorry that the security screen door latch broke during your stay. A new door latch is on order, along with a quieter garbage disposal, and they are being installed next week. You were a great tenant, and your offer to rent again next year for three months speaks volumes. I'm glad that overall you enjoyed your stay.

It was a great area. It was nice that they provided all the necessities of home. Very comfortable and clean. It advertises sleeps 5 but it only had two queen beds and the couch was not a pull out bed. We had to purchase a blow up mattress for our son to sleep on in the living room. All said it was a great find.

Thank you for the 10/10 positive review. I was sorry to hear that you needed a fifth bed and couldn't find our cot. We have an XL-size folding bed/cot, brand new in a box, stored under the chaise lounge in the corner of the second bedroom. Please tell us which room you would like the cot set up in when you arrive next year, and we will instruct housekeeping to have the bed made before your arrival.

Top notch. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean in LaJolla. It comes fully furnished and nicely equipped. The location is convenient and entertaining. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a movie theater, and grocery store.

What a PERFECT location! View of the ocean was spectacular. Easy walk to many wonderful restaurants! Beautifully decorated condo with a well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms are recently upgraded and very lovely. Thank you for an amazing get a way. Rick was a very responsive, kind host. Will stay again!

Unbeatable Views of the Pacific Ocean. Steps from downtown La Jolla.

Great location!! The ocean is literally out your front door with great views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Amazing views of the sunset!! Very well kept condo, 5 minute walk to many of the shops and restaurants in downtown La Jolla. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again!!!

Top notch

Amazing place. Great views. All the amenities. 5 min walk to several classy restaurants, and some very fun bars. After you leave the building, walking 3-5 min you’re on the beach. Enjoy watching seals and boat fishermen with the spotting scope. Sunsets are incredible.

Perfect location million dollar view

Watching and heating the amazing pacific sea so close for a month in this great condo across the street from La Jolla’s beach walks was amazing. Beds super comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook and feel like home. Checkin well organized. Rick be was available anytime to answer questions and make sure we had a great stay. Hope to visit again highly recommend

Great Condo In Great Location

This condo is well furnished and couldn't be in a better location. Enjoy the sea breeze and watch the shore action right from your living room or step outside and join in. Easy walk to dining, groceries, and other shops. The couple managing the property are very responsive and accommodating. We stayed for 2 months and couldn't be happier.
