Old barn of 200m2 the house opens to the south on a wooded park where the pool and in the West on a large enclosed garden.

Garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong table.
The pool (8x4m) secured by an approved cover is reserved for occupants of the house.
Access to the property in Ariege, can picnic, swim and fish there.
On request, provision of baby equipment: cot, high chair, deckchair, stroller, pram, babycook,
bottle warmer.
