Wonderful stay in Pittsburgh

The property is a beautiful updated Victorian home. Comfortable and spacious. New amenities and very clean kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms were cozy and quiet.

Cool house in a convenient, quiet location.

Quiet neighborhood, quick drive to downtown. Host very responsive! Could use a little refinement -- more cozy seating, more care given to the outdoor space -- but overall a good choice.

Pittsburgh trip

We liked the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and it wasn’t very far from downtown Pittsburgh area. We enjoyed a Pittsburgh Steelers, Sunday game while we there and had a great time!! The new grocery store, The giant eagle, was right down the road, and it was really nice too!

Great owner, great property

Nice house in very good condition with plenty of space. Corner lot was a plus and parking for 3 cars was a breeze. The location is handy to downtown and the highway. The owner was outstanding. Easy to get a hold of for any questions prior to, or during, the stay. We enjoyed our trip during a time we had to spend a lot of time in the house, and I would highly recommend this property.

Better than description

Had 9 adults for family reunion weekend. The house fit everyone. Comfortable, clean, and Andrew was the best host I have had. Perfect location for Pirates, Steelers, downtown. Cannot recommend more strongly.

Great stay!

We were looking for a place in the Pittsburgh area to meet friends for a long weekend of relaxation & catching-up. Andrew's place did not disappoint. The house allowed us all to have our space while at the same time providing nice common areas to gather for drinks & meals. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 to enjoy sitting on the porch or under the gazebo in the back yard. All amenities are exactly as described in the listing. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great host, awesome house

The house and host were great. I was first a little concerned re: the neighborhood but as most things, looks can be deceiving. This was a quiet street just in an older Pittsburgh suburb. It was easy to get to the city and back east of the city (where we needed to go).

Very clean house, great location

If I need to rent in Pittsburgh again I would not hesitate renting this house or any house offered by Andrew the host. He was exceptionally quick on returning any emails and extremely helpful. The house was very clean and you cannot ask for a better location to get in and out of downtown Pittsburgh. Very local for shopping etc. If you are looking for something in the Pittsburgh area do not hesitate to jump on this home.

Family Wedding

We had a family wedding in Pittsburgh with our adult children and grandchildren coming in from other states. This unique house had all the right updates with keeping the charm of an older home. Everything was very clean and Andrew was wonderful to deal with. He was very accommodating to any changes I asked for. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Christmas in January

This was our halfway point for our family to meet. First time in Pittsburgh and won’t be the last because of the stay here. Andrew and Maryann were awesome and the line of communication was amazing. Bedrooms were great for the entire family and the 3rd floor bedroom was great. If you are looking for a smooth stay this is the place. Also, there is a huge lot so you don’t have to park in the street. It was a great time with memories made. Thanks again for the chocolates!
