Beautiful house and pool in super location

Excellent communication and care from the owner Sylvie and her friend who lived locally and met us for the check in. This is a beautiful family home with great parling in a superb location,

Fantastic Holiday in Saint-Jorioz

The property is in a tranquil part of St-Jorioz, and very accessible to the shops, restaurant of the town and beaches of Lake Annecy. We cycled everywhere so hardly used our car. The terrace, pool and garden were fabulous. We would highly recommend this house.

Nice stay in St-Jorioz

We enjoyed our stay in St-Jorioz. The house was well equipped (though the kitchen equipment was somewhat outdated). Nice garden (with large trees providing shadow spots), nice swimming pool and we appreciated the gas barbecue. We missed airconditioning (due to the extreme heat). In the absence of airco, fans in the bedrooms would have been welcome.

Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans la maison. Si les équipements de la cuisine sont un peu anciens (réfrigérateur notamment), la maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description de l'annonce. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables et entre la terrasse et le jardin et les arbres, il y a toujours un point d'ombre pour les repas. Seul bémol à l'extérieur : beaucoup de moustiques pendant notre séjour mais ça les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien :). Emplacement de la maison parfait : à proximité immédiate du centre de Saint-Jorioz, de la plage (en vélo) et de la piste cyclable.

Très bel emplacement, l'extérieur est charmant et agréable. Mais les équipements intérieurs ne sont pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Par ailleurs, nous avons été fortement dérangé par les moustiques tigres et il n'y a pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres.

Agréable maison, emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison agréable à St Jorioz. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre, la piscine nous a permis de profiter du beau soleil savoyard. les propriétaires nous avaient laissé des renseignements sur la région et où aller faire nos courses. La communication avec Mme Chatelier a été excellente. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pieds et à vélo. Ces vacances ont été parfaites.
