Stayed here for a few nights for a family vacation on the beach. Comfortable beds, kitchen well-equipped, loved having washer and dryer to use, beach chairs/toys/towels provided for stay, enjoyed the lake view. Note: due to HOA there is no parking for vehicles with boats or trailers- wish we would have known that before arrival

We selected this unit for proximity to the golf courses we were interested in playing. The unit was perfect for two couples. The check in process was easy, unit was clean and ready for us. Owner were quick to respond via VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, pool and beach gear, bikes and easy access to the beach. We’ve been to this area before and this is by far the best accommodations we’ve experienced.

Amazing Views and Location

This was our 2nd trip to Manistee and have really fallen in love with the area. This condo was perfect for us, and the views from the upstairs bedroom and deck were perfect :) Everything was very clean and well stocked, we especially loved the beach gear in the closet. We enjoyed staying at this property. For us older folks, the stairs were a bit of a challenge (19 steps to the front door), but we got some more exercise. Cozy for 4 adults and the second bedroom is a loft (no door) which was a surprise, but everything was provided (except a fly swatter) and our stay was great.

Overall, a great property with kind and very attentive owners! We really appreciated the washer, dryer,TVs and beach equipment! :) Just a few suggestions to make it even better: 1) Include a tea pot for tea lovers.... 2) Include some kind of utensil for washing dishes 3) Include another night stand in both bed rooms (especially helpful for older guests with CPAP machines) Other than these suggestions, very, very nice property! Thanks so much for allowing us to share it with you!

The stay was amazing. The condo was true to the listing. Very clean and came furnished with lots of amenities (beach items, games, smart TV, washer/dryer, etc …). The view was great. The check-in/check-out instructions along with gift basket was nice/helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was a short walk or drive down the street. Downtown area had several good restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Love this place!

This is our second time staying in this condo and we love it. The location is perfect for us to go exploring North or South. The condo is very comfortable and perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, which was perfect since we ate in a lot due to the pandemic. The beds are comfortable, too. It wasn't a deal breaker, but different pillow choices would have made it even better. I'm pretty picky about my pillows and like a firmer pillow-I should have brought my own. There was work on the roof going on the week we were there and Joe made sure we knew and was so generous to compensate us for the inconvenience. It wasn't an issue at all though, and I really appreciated the heads up. He made sure we were happy, which is exactly what you want when renting a place! Stay here. You won't regret it!

This was a great condo right on Lake Michigan

This was a beautiful updated condo with lots of amenities. Having two bedrooms on separate floors each having its own bathroom access was perfect for my mom and I. Nice walk to town and to the beach/lighthouse. The pool and hot tub located on the property were also a great bonus. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect getaway for us. Beautiful views and access to beaches. Love the downtown.

We really wanted a safe and enjoyable getaway and this proved to be it. Loved the water views. The condo was impeccably furnished and spotlessly clean. Downtown and its restaurants are just a quick drive away. Fifth Avenue Beach is terrific, with access to the pier and beautiful views of the lighthouse. And Joe was very responsive to any questions we had.

Very happy with our stay!!
