Luxury home with a 40-foot dock to enjoy fun on the water with or without a boat!
Just as shown in the photos this beautifully upgraded home is the perfect spot to relax in comfort. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft – sleeps 4 adults comfortably and the loft has two twin beds. The deck is perfect for enjoying fun in the sun for breakfast/lunch or sitting around the firepit in the evenings with a glass of wine. Enjoy this outdoor living space year-round. There is a tranquil view of the water from the master bedroom which also offers access to the deck, and has a master bathroom.
The updated kitchen is complete with just about anything you will need while away from home. There's a quaint and private courtyard entry. There is a laundry room in the house for those who may wish to do laundry while vacationing. The fabulous location offers easy access to the Channel Islands Harbor, Seabridge Marina and the Ventura Harbor. To complete the waterfront lifestyle there are two kayaks and two paddle boards. You are within minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, the farmer's market on Sundays, and Oxnard Park!

Please note there is a ring camera at the front gate, the front door and overlooking the back dock (not the back deck) for safety and security.

We had such a great vacation at this VRBO! The location on the harbor allowed for restful downtime with a beautiful view, yet there were also great restaurants and plenty of things to do nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable. Reni is a very nice hostess, too!

My family stayed here this past weekend for a wedding in Oxnard. This is a great place with a great location. It’s right on the water with a slip and we were able to park our boat at the house for the weekend. Definitely recommend this property!

We stayed when the weather was really hot. The A/C did not cool adequately. Fortunately it was cool enough in the evening with the balcony doors open.Otherwise it was very pleasant stay.

Perfect fit. Loved the location. The house is charming, well cared for and situated close to beach. The breeze flowing the house is awesome. We scuba’d/snorkeled with Spectre, spent time body surfing, went horse back riding, trip to universal, pit stop at CalArts for college tour. Loved Brophy Bros and Joes pizza. So great.

We were absolutely delighted from the time we drove into the driveway till we left, with everything about this wonderful property. The aesthetics and comfort level was pleasing. Having our morning coffee and dinners on the deck looking at the canal and boats was a treat. Our questions, communications with the owner were timely, personable and a couple issues were immediately remedied. We didn’t want to leave.

I loved everything about this stay. The place is adorable and a good fit for what we needed. The paddle boards right outside the door were a welcome activity in the mornings. The quick access to a large beautiful beach couldn’t have been better. The farmers market down the road was enjoyable. Toppers pizza for the kids and multiple other nearby restaurants along with Ralph’s for meals in the well equipped kitchen. We packed a lot in for the 3nights we stayed and wished we had booked more nights. We would definitely go back.

Great place to stay for a quick getaway. Host was amazing, quick to respond and very friendly. Had breakfast on the deck, went paddle boarding and kayaking, Famers Market on Sunday. Quiet and peaceful for Mother’s Day weekend, just what we needed.

Loved staying at this property. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grill, fire pit, and dining table outside. Kayaks and paddle boards for fun on the water. Beds are comfortable with black-out shades to support your sleep. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking. It really feels like a home, not a VRBO property. Communication with the host was great from start to finish. Highly recommend this property. Would stay here again.
