Nice place but…
The condo rooms were very nice. It was decorated very well. The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular. The shower was very nice. The furniture was great and the bed was perfect.
There were a few issues that needed to be addressed. We notified the main desk twice that the toilet didn’t always flush and the water was running constantly in the back. There was not attempt to fix it.
There was mold in the grout of the shower and the doors of the bathroom cabinet were about to fall off. The bathroom sink was not vented properly and it often made an annoying high pitched squeal until you turned in the water. Sometimes it did this over and over for 30 minutes and sometimes during the night. It was very loud. We recorded the sound.
There was a large gap in the front door that allowed wind to blow through causing it to sound like a jet airplane. This happened many times during high winds.
The dishwasher did not clean the dishes at all. Looks like there is calcium deposits on rinse arms. Better to just wash dishes by hand.
The TV had a blue tint that could not be adjusted. Looks like ya going bad. Eventually you just get used to it. The Dish Network receiver updates every 15 minutes and freezes the picture.
