The indoor pool is private. Getaways Vendée beaches and visiting the Marais Poitevin (Green Venice) are required .. After a day visiting our beautiful region, you can relax in your pool and depending on the weather since it is covered and heated to 29 °. You will enjoy the patio with terrace and barbecue. Inside the house, you will feel at home, everything is there to facilitate your holiday .Grand patio (70m²) private without vis-à-vis, with lawn and terrace (20m²-barbecue). Private indoor pool (90m²) heated to 29 ° - 10mx6m - teacher 1. 60m - 6 sunbeds, exercise bike, step) adjoining the gîte. Ground floor: kitchen-living room (66m²-HiFi, Internet Wifi). Floor: mezzanine lounge (16m²), bedroom 1 (13m² with mezza-2 beds 90), ch 2 (13m² with mezza-2 beds 90), bathroom (toilet), ch3 (14m²-1 bed 160) with s. (toilet) suite. Beds made, towels and linens provided. by common courtyard access with the owners, parking in front of the property. Marais Poitevin 11km, 11km Niort. Futuroscope, La Rochelle and Puy du Fou 1 hour. PRICES ALL INCLUSIVE and offered tax stay. We are classified as "charming cottage 3 stars" by GITES DE FRANCE.
