King studio across from exito in El Poblado. Two AC units. Two Tv's. Dining room. Hot tub Wifi. TV on remote from the roof to put out of the way. A wall of windows. Washer and dryer in the hall. wall safe. Can have guests over with ID. 24 hour cameras in common areas. Across the street are ATM, supermarkets, restaurants. Metro is 2 and half blocks. All the bars are a 15 minute walk to lleras. Manila area restaurants are a block or 2 away

Great Location.

I had an amazing experience in Medellin. The apartment is in a great location with a cash exchange and large supermarket across the street. I used the fan noise on the tv via youtube to cancel out any street noise.

The studio was exactly as pictured. The location is perfect, Exito Supermarket and SmartFit gym is half block away. The Metro train 5 minute walk. The studio is very secure and safe as no one can enter the gates without the keys. I highly recommend.

Location was close to everything but they have a Huge problem with the noise coming through the wind

Was ok if it’s wasn’t for the noise through the windows!!! They need to be repair asap too much noise from outside

Dubái nightclub is up the street. I don’t understand what people think we can do about night clubs in poblado. This is a $50 something a night apartment with ac two TVs. No charge guests. And hot tub total score
