Fabulous Beachfront 2-Bedroom Condo in San Pancho

Step from our condo onto the beautiful beach, enjoy the pool, work off those cerveza at the on-site gym or take a one-minute walk to the heart of San Pancho, a.k.a. San Francisco. We are located on the 3rd floor of a three-floor building with elevator access.

From our ocean front balcony, watch for signs of whales while you listen to the majestic ocean waves and watch surfers catch the big one! Enjoy front row seats to amazing sunsets!

Leave the high-rises and all-inclusive resorts behind and enjoy the quaintness that is San Pancho.


TRANQUIL LOCATION
San Pancho is a friendly, laid back, colorful village with plenty of excellent restaurants, unique shops, a weekly farmers/artisan market and convenient mini grocery stores. The vibrant art and music scene in San Pancho add to the enchantment and culture of the town. San Pancho is also home to an amazing music festival in February. Also enjoy La Patrona, an international polo facility with great dining or San Pancho’s beautiful 1.8 mile long beach and wonderful people will provide an incredible, unforgettable experience.

CONDO DETAILS
Relish in the beautiful master bedroom (king bed) which includes patio doors that open onto the ocean front balcony. Experience the ocean view while taking a shower in the ensuite bathroom! Enjoy the double sinks and revel in the large walk in closet. This bedroom comes complete with a safe.

The guest bedroom includes a super comfy queen bed and plenty of closet space.

The primary and guest bathrooms both include a walk in rain shower.

Both bedrooms are air conditioned and come complete with ceiling fans.

The unit, pool, and complex are mobility friendly with easy ramps to all buildings, pool and gym along with elevators.

IN SUITE WASHER AND DRYER
Enjoy the convenience of an in-suite washer and dryer. Or better yet, hire a housekeeper (not included) so that you can enjoy more time on the beach or lounging at the pool!

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Watch the surfers and stunning sunsets from the balcony which is equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs, 2 loungers, and beach umbrella.

WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM
Along with the building water purification system, we have an additional water purification system in our condo that is regularly maintained. You can safely drink from any faucet in our condo and use the ice from the ice maker in the freezer.

POOL & JACUZZI TUB
Don’t feel like dipping your toes in the sand….no worries! Enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi that our condo has to offer.

GYM & PING PONG TABLE
Need to burn off some extra calories? Enjoy the fully equipped on site gym or partake in a friendly game of ping pong!

EAT IN OR DINE OUT
Our kitchen is fully equipped and has an amazing ocean view. You can choose to dine in or eat out at the many delicious restaurants in San Pancho which cater to a variety of tastes (and budgets!) that will satisfy all types of hunger.

SECURITY
Our building complex is fully gated including the underground parking at street level and beach entrance points with Security personnel available 24/7.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full and exclusive access to the condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
1) This is a smoke-free property and smoking is not permitted. No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, medicinal products and e-cigarettes, indoors or outside.

2) All bed linens, bath linens, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella are provided.

3) Our condo has fibre Internet allowing guests to fully work while away. Teams or Zoom calls are not a problem. We do not have cable or satellite TV but can connect to Netflix, Disney, Crave, Amazon, or any other personal TV service you may have.

4) We also have a dedicated underground parking spot for your vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo was spacious and clean and had all the amenities, including beach chairs,beach towels and a cooler. You can walk everywhere in town, and there are a few markets to get food to cook in.

An amazing spot

If you’re looking for tons of pool and beach time this location can’t be beat for either option. The condos beds are comfy, you get beautiful sunsets of the balcony every night, the water in the building is purified and you’re able to drink it right out of the sink. Tons of restaurants within 5-10 minute walk.

Paradise in San Pancho

My family stayed at Ben and Tracy’s place for amazing week. The location is perfect, and the view is spectacular, you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the large deck and listen to the waves. The condo has everything you need and is well maintained. Otto and Iris made check in and check out a breeze and were always available if you had a question. I am already planning our next trip back! Great location and responsive hosts

We really enjoyed our time in San Pancho. This location was perfect for our family. We had a car but it was not necessary because we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go - restaurants, small grocery shops, and steps away from the beach. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The property was ideal for our family of four (kids are 8 and 12). [FWIW - we prefer the calm & hospitable town of San Pancho over the noisy & congested Sayulita if you are considering one or the other.]

We feel like we struck gold with this place- the location, the view, the accomodations and the sweet town of San Pancho were better than expected. The place is just as described. Owners and manager were easy to communicate with. Some construction noise but we were given a heads-up about that before booking. We'll be back!

Beautiful Location

This very well equipped and comfortable condo has amazing beach front views. Overall the complex and pool area is quiet. The pool is great, very sheltered with a mix of shady and sunny areas. We found the beach right out front welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed sensational sunsets from the large deck daily. While it wasn't a big issue, surprisingly, we received a noise complaint at 8:45pm from the neighbouring condo when the 2 of us were chatting on the deck.

Fabulous San Pancho Condo

We absolutely loved this Condo. It is clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is very well stocked with everything you need. Lovely beds and bathrooms with good quality linens and towels. The location is perfect, right on the beach with access to the beach direct from the complex. The complex is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. The large pool is clean and refreshing with plenty of areas to relax. There is a well equipped gym and 24 hour security. This condo is right at the front of the complex and has spectacular views of the ocean, especially at sunset. I would definitely return to this Condo.

Best Location!!

My husband & I and our son and his girlfriend had the most fabulous time!! The condo was perfect and the beds were so comfy! You just can't get better than falling asleep to the waves and having our morning coffee & cocktails in the evening on the deck with the ocean steps away! There wasn't one thing that we were missing in this beautiful condo! The check-in was so easy, and being picked up at the airport was wonderful! We loved the pool and the beach only steps away. Perfect Stay

My wife, 1.5 year old son, and I had an amazing stay at this perfectly situated condo. The condo is new and well equipped. You’re right on the beach and also have access to a pool and mildly heated hot tub. Communication with the host was easy and due to a delayed flight we did not arrive until about 930pm but check in was easy. There is a dedicated parking spot in a covered garage. The staff is friendly. There were other families staying as well. You are about a block from the main drag. We thought the food was as good as anywhere else we’ve been. We did do some cooking which was easy due to the modern kitchen. We hope we have the privilege to stay here again in the future.

Great place!

Ben and Tracy’s condo is directly on the beach. The photos of the property are accurate. The sunsets from the beachside third floor balcony are amazing! For a brand new condo it is stocked well with kitchen utensils, etc. They supply four beach chairs and an umbrella but you don’t really even need them as the beach restaurants right next store provide loungers with umbrellas as well as inexpensive beach side service for food and drinks. But if you wanted to head up the beach a little way to escape some of the small crowd they would come in handy. Then restaurants and shops on the main drive are only a few blocks away so we did not even use our rental car unless we left the San Pancho area. The food is very good at most of the restaurants and there is live music on the street almost every evening. We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

Arrival:The property is approximately one hour from the airport and 30 minutes from the nearest major grocery store. Transporting luggage and groceries to the unit is challenging. A luggage cart is available but has flat wheels and does not fit in the elevator, and the provided wagon is broken. Pack light and plan to dine out.Security:Guests are required to wear a bright pink wristband for access, which can draw unwanted attention from local vendors.Unit:There was no internet access during our stay, preventing communication with the host, property manager, and others. Access codes are required for entry—be sure to screenshot them. The elevator was unreliable, functioning only a few times, so expect to use the stairs (three levels). This unit is not suitable for those with mobility concerns.Towels smelled of mildew (though later rewashed), water pressure was very low, and hot water was minimal. The cracked stovetop felt unsafe for cooking. Air conditioners provided little cooling, blinds in the main bedroom rattled loudly, and the patio door did not secure properly. The refrigerator did not stay cold, and neither the ice maker nor water dispenser worked. Many dishes were stained, and the ceiling fan was unbalanced. The unit is VERY SMALLLOUD CONSTRUCTION NEXT-DOOR AND IN LOBBYPositives:Convenient to restaurants and the beach, the area felt very safe with friendly locals and condo owners. The sunsets were beautiful, and the shared pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable.

Thank you Jessica for the 4-star review - much appreciated. The notes we provide all guests before arriving clearly state that San Pancho is located 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta and that guests may want to stop at a large grocery store in Bucerias. This is also noted on the rental sites. That said, all groceries including fresh fruit, produce, meat, fish, etc are a 5-minute walk from the condo. The notes also indicate that the stove top is cracked but it is certainly safe to use. We would never subject our guests to an unsafe environment. We just don't feel it is environmentally responsible to replace something that works perfectly fine. The internet was down and this issue was immediately reported to the provider. Our property manager offered you the use of her internet at her work space (a 5-minute walk from the condo). And while we agree this is not ideal, it was out of our control and a solution was immediately offered. Both the luggage cart and wagon fit in the elevator. We have spoken to the condo managers to ensure they are serviced regularly. We were not aware of stained dishes and will ask our property manager to check this and rectify as needed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. The fridge and ACs work without issues however you were there during one of the most humid weeks and it may have been hard for them to keep up. All ceiling fans and AC are serviced annually. They were scheduled to be serviced a couple days after you left. Likewise, unfortunately the elevator was being serviced during your stay. We have no control over this and understand it would be inconvenient. Regarding the size of the condo, the pictures on the rental sites accurately reflect the size of the condo. We are sorry this was not what you expected. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the amazing sunsets from our patio and that you felt the area to be very safe with friendly locals and condo owners. Also glad you enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. All the best.

Beautiful, safe and clean!

We had the most wonderful week in San Pancho and this condo was close to perfect! We watched the sunset from the balcony and the ocean waves lulled me to sleep every night in the master bedroom. The heated pool is even larger and nicer than depicted in the pictures. The beach is just steps away so if we needed something from home one of us could just pop back to grab it. My kids were comfortable in their own room and had their own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are all new. The on-site staff are friendly and helpful. The owners were also easy to contact for questions. The complex is gated and we appreciated having our own covered, secure parking space. The main area for shops and restaurants is just a block away. (We learned this was perfect because the town can be loud at night. Our friends who stayed right on the main drag had trouble sleeping) My only points of criticism are quite minor: There was some annoying construction noise, but I assume that is temporary as some of the units still need completion. The water pressure is very low in the shower, but hey, it's a privilege to shower in the desert! Wish there had been sand toys in the locker for my kiddo to use. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again. In fact, I almost regret giving this gem 5-stars because I don't want it to become too popular for fear it will not be available next time we want to come to San Pancho!

Paradise at San Pancho

This condo was absolutely amazing, location and sun sets are unbeatable!! Very well appointed with everything you need, comfortable beds and the sound of the ocean to lure you to sleep. Great pool area with the perfect temperature to cool off after a day in the sun!! Best part of the stay was Ben and Tracy the hosts. Very responsive and really seem like a wonderful couple!! We did have an small issue with the neighbor on the right, the design of the condo carried sound and she kept complaining about us talking to loud on the patio. So please keep in mind that whispering is required. She would yell at us, flip her patio lights on and off, and loudly tap if she heard us. Granted she commented that she was there for quite relaxation and didn’t want to hear us, but we were on vacation and wanted to have fun and enjoy some cocktails on the deck. I spent 10 days Shushing my guests The only other issue was on checkout. Checkout is 10:00 am and our flight was at 6:00 pm. We talked to security the night prior and they we’re going to hold our luggage for a while while we had breakfast and grabbed a few last minute things, but the morning guy David with his bad attitude said no, so we had to lug all our luggage around town for 3 hours waiting for our ride. So all in all, if you are looking for a beachfront well equipped condo you will be trilled with this condo!! Just keep your voices down and have an early flight and you can avoid the small issues we experienced

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We greatly appreciate the feed-back. We feel badly that there were issues with the neighbour regarding noise on the balcony. As per our discussion, we reiterated to you that there is no need for you to whisper on the balcony during non-quiet times and that you are free (and encouraged) to enjoy the balcony in a respectful way (which we know your group did). It’s unfortunate that despite our conversation, you still felt the need to whisper as that of course is not required. Regarding check out, whenever possible, we try to give guests a later check out but on days when we have back to back guests (which is most days), we cannot offer this as the cleaner comes early in the morning to ensure the unit is ready for the guests who typically arrive later that same day. We were very surprised to learn that security did not allow the holding of your luggage and we will definitely follow up with that. In hindsight, we should have reminded you the option of storing your luggage in our garage storage unit (which has a padlock). Our apologies for that oversight. We will definitely advise our guests of this going forward. Again, we enjoyed hosting you and very much appreciate your input.

This is an amazing 2 bedroom apartment. The porch from the living room and one bedroom overlooks the beach. It’s perfect for morning coffee and dinner sunset. Don’t miss a moment of relaxing to the sound of waves crashing. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and stair access. AC in the bedrooms is totally adequate. The pool is huge, with areas for toddlers and a hot tub that can accommodate 20 people! The complex is one block from the main road and plenty of great restaurants. The kitchen is equipped but we didn’t use it much. We used the host-recommended taxi to pick us up from the airport, and grabbed a local taxi to take us back. It was easy and $20 cheaper. We had a great time and are grateful the hosts shared this perfect property with us!

Amazing location, view and amenities

We loved our vacation in San Pancho. The view from the condo was awesome and everything in town was a short walk away. Pool was heated to the perfect temp and hottub was hot - which has been hard for us to find on past Mexico trips. The condo is beautiful and well stocked. We hope to return!

This property is a gem located right on the beach of the lovely small town of San Pancho

This is one of the nicest condos in which my husband and I have stayed over the years. It’s located on the well cared for beach of San Pancho. San Pancho is about 25 miles North of PV and borders the local jungle. It’s lush green and the waters have unusually large waves that are frequented by surfers. The beach is well cared for and chairs and umbrellas are available for rent for those who want to spend the day for a day trip. The local restaurants are amazing for all meals and the price is very reasonable. Back to the condo-it’s a comfortable 2 bedroom nicely decorated with a balcony overlooking the ocean with plenty of lounge furniture and grill. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. There are no food items provided but there are local stores and specialty shops all close by. There is a parking garage with excellent security. The only problem we encountered was trying to reach the local condo contact person. The condo owners, however, made sure we had codes and information we needed to check in. The pictures posted on the VRBO site accurately depict just how nice this place is. You won’t go wrong if you select this place for your quiet beach vacation
