The place is spacious enough for a short stay with two beds and a small space for coffeemaker and fridge. The location and parking are perfect for exploring uptown Sedona.
Nice place for a couple, right uptown, bed was awesome, very comfortable for us!!
Walking distance to all of the shops, yet good location to get to the trails.
The location was perfect. Rental was clean and very well stocked. Management was responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.
The room was great for 2 people! Nice little kitchen, good sized bathroom and shower. Perfect for what we needed, a place to relax between activities and sleep. We had a couple minor issues but property manager responded and resolved quickly. Would definitely stay again!
This property was perfect for our little weekend getaway. Walking distance from downtown, shops, and restaurants yet very quiet. Also conveniently down the road from soldiers pass trailhead.
Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed the freedom of cooking our own meal in the rental. We were close enough to walk to shops + restaurants, and also trail heads. Will stay again!!
This property is located in Uptown, and in a walking distance to the Uptown shops and restaurants. Our suite had a full kitchen, which was very useful as there are not too many places serving early breakfast in that area. Overall the suite was very clean and spacious. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable.
This is a great suite for couples. Very clean, good amenities and location is perfect if you prefer to stay very close to all of the uptown action. Will mention the shower water barely got hot enough and the iron did not work. Otherwise, highly recommended.
This property was centrally located in Uptown Sedona giving us quick access to all Uptown offered. We used the property as a home base for our hiking excursions. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect for the two of us. We definitely will be back!
Had a blast hiking the localntrails...all with in a couple miles of UpTown Suites. Room was clean and comfortable. Used the kitchen appliances daily to grab snacks between trails. Easy walk to anything uptown from the room. Management was easy to get ahold of and quickly responded.
Great place to stay! Clean, and looks exactly like the pictures. It was awesome to be able to walk half a block and get to the main shopping areas of Uptown. I would stay here again.
We loved our stay here. We felt so relaxed and happy here. A great place that feels like our own little home. Perfect for recharging after a fun day of hiking! We will be back!!! Gourmet breakfast.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Spot!
The suite was conveniently located walking distance from the main shopping strip and restaurants so, we didn't have to worry about driving our car. The suite is nicely decorated, well-kept and looks relatively new. I wish we stayed another night to make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink and little sitting area for two in the kitchen. I would recommend it!

Quiet, yet close to the action; excellent location in town.
Uptown Sedona Suites is an excellent choice for your stay in Sedona. The rooms are brand new, extremely clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. We rented #103 and enjoyed having the small kitchen to use for our breakfasts. There is a small patio....plus the use of a larger patio in the back that was great for drinks and appetizers. No view of the rocks from our private patio, but plenty to see from the back patio. The decor is quite tasteful and relaxing. The rooms looked exactly as the photos depicted. Two blocks away is Sedona Brewery.....an excellent place for a brew in a peaceful setting.

Wonderful Location
This was our first time in Arizona and Sedona is beautiful. We wanted to stay close to town and have the use of a kitchen so that we could prepare our own meals. This place was perfect since it was walking distance to the town and had a very clean kitchen with adequate supplies.
We also loved the fact that there was no wall to wall carpeting and that pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises. This helps with air quality and cleanliness. We were very pleased when we first walked in to the studio.
The reason I gave this place a 4 and not a 5 was mainly because of the heating/air conditioning. For a fully renovated property the ac/heat should have been updated. Instead it was a very noisy, dirty, old contraption sticking out of the wall. It blew air right at us and was very loud. It had a lot of dust in it and looked like it might have been missing a filter. The other thing they could approve on is the kitchen supplies. There was an oven but no pan to use to cook in it. Also, the microwave was huge and too big for the counter. We don’t use microwaves but I know lots of people do so I would switch this one out for a smaller more compact one so that there is more counter space for preparing meals. Could also use a potato peeler.
The bed was very comfortable and firm (just what we like). However, the sheets were polyester and seemed worn out. Blankets polyester as well. It would have been nicer to have crispy white cotton sheets and blankets.
For a place like this you would expect to have daily house housekeeping but this is something you have to ask for specifically. It wasn’t a problem for us but it’s good to be aware of this before you book.
All and all we really liked the place. If they would change just a few things this place would be a 5 for us. 1. Update heat/ ac. 2. Better supplies in the kitchen. 3. Have newer, better quality bedding.
