Great experience in every regard - 1. When I arrived the condo was super clean. Spotless. 2. ALL appliances & utilities were in excellent working order. 3. Marbella is an excellent location to beaches, golf, shopping, etc. 4. Community is clean, safe, well maintained, quiet and friendly. I highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for a great rental in SW Florida.
