Great location!

The house was nice and was well equiped. Not happy with all the house keeping things that owner wanted us to do before we left. We paid alot of money in cleaning fees and yet a list of things they wanted us to do the morning we checked out!

Nice property but had issues

Two main TV s had issues. The one in the theater room stopped working completely. The one in the main great room the sound kept going out. Toilet seat broken. Showers moldy and vents extremely rusty and moldy.

The house was beautiful! Location perfect!

We loved this place! The only complaint was when we arrived two of the toilets did not work and the house was infested around all door frames & windows with some kind of little bugs. The windows had not been washed in a very long time. We spent a few hours cleaning the windows and spraying the door jams and sweeping up the dead little critters & had no more issues. Maintenance came & fixed the toilets promptly. The theater room TV surround sound did not work, but we were okay with that. I think we were probably the first 20 years of the season so all in all we really did not have any complaints as we assumed the house had probably just sat all winter unattended. It has a beautiful view! We will definitely plan to return.

Fall Beach Trip

Overall we had a great time. The location was fantastic, house was spacious and the amenities were perfect for our family. I liked the King bedrooms, the elevator was a plus for hauling groceries and luggage up and down stairs, the heated pool was perfect for October! We did have an issue with the hot tub and called but no one came out to the house. It ran out of chemicals mid-week and began to get slimy. No one came to the house mid-week to clean the pool. Although the kitchen was well-stocked, most pots/pans did not sit right on the glass-top stove. The gas grill was caked with grease and needed a deep clean! The TV on the too floor appeared broken. Despite these negatives, we still had a great time week. I was happy to see masks being worn in the stores. It was easy to distance while on the beach and in nearby tourist areas.

Great location, but not very clean

The house is really lovely and can accommodate a large group. We were not impressed with the cleaning prior to our arrival esp since it was stated the rental company was practicing enhanced cleaning practices due to covid. It seems just the basics were cleaned, floors,toilets and showers. We found old food particles on the kitchen counter, food in the couch, dirty shower doors, dusty lamps, finger prints on fridge and windows. Hot tub and pool were never checked mid week as stated and remained dirty. The house has seen some action and is more worn then the pictures reflect. The location was good and it has great beach access. If the house had been cleaner it would have been a 4 star or higher. I hope the property owners know what a poor job the rental company is doing handling their home.

Great house but needs some TLC!

The house was the perfect layout for our family! However the pool was dirty upon arrival. I called in on Sunday about the dirty pool and the huge black ants in the kitchen, then called again on Tuesday and finally on Wednesday someone came out to take care of both. So, we weren’t able to get the use out of the pool that we would’ve liked to have. The bushes around the pool really need to be trimmed up. Other than that the house is very well stocked and the location is great!

Nice property, but difficult to communicate with

Really enjoyed our stay, however numerous attempts to contact the office through messages left on voice mail and texts were not responded to. This caused us to miss half of our vacation before the pool was heated, yet we were charged the full weekly amount! Overall the property is conveniently located, clean and provides pleasing ascetics.

We loved this property, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you possibly need. Very clean! Hot tub was dirty when we arrived, but upon request it was promptly cleaned.
