Located at Mountain Green Resort, Building III. Walk to Snowshed Lodge to begin your day of skiing, or take the free shuttle that will pick you up outside the entrance. After your day of skiing ends and you return to the unit, take the elevator two floors down to experience the many amenities that the resort has to offer: indoor pool, eucalyptus steam room, two spas, sauna, fitness center, amenities can close at any time due to maintenance issues. You may prefer to stay in the unit and you can watch skiers come down the mountain from the protection of the covered balcony. The amenities don't end there! On the main floor you can rent skis at the in-house ski shop. There is a restaurant that serves dinner and local brews. All of this without leaving the building! PLEASE NOTE: the fireplace is electric, not wood burning.

Incredibly concrete to the mountain with the shuttle and ski lockers. Can walk right out in boots and be skiing in 20 min. The pool (I believe salt water), hot tubs and saunas were amazing. They have been recently renovated. As the room itself, it has everything you need.No complaints.
Place was perfect for our 3 day snowboard trip with my son. Loved the amenities that the place had. 2 min drive to K1 lodge. Place was clean and well kept.
The apartment is very warm, clean and comfortable, newly renovated, and perfectly located. The description is accurate, communications with the host were easy, he provided us with detailed instructions on checking in/out.
Enjoyed our staying, and definitely, will stay there again. Highly recommend
When I arrived at the place, it was very clean and looked recently renovated. The bed was a tempurpedic, so it was extremely comfortable and all the furniture was conveniently placed. I liked the table right by the door and the nice little island in the kitchen area. The instructions for everything were simple and my stay was effortless. Thank again Wayne!
Place was clean and cozy! It was a little warm inside the condo but the fans helped. The inside pool, sauna and steam room were relaxing after hiking and biking. The location is walking distance from the bike park. We would stay here again.
We loved this condo at Killington. It was nice being on the mountain so many things to do nearby (walking distance – restaurants, activities, hiking, concert series, etc.). The condo was very nice – gym, indoor pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped (more than typical). One bedroom layout was very nice. Host was very attentive. We would definitely rent here again. Great find!
Wayne was wonderful to deal with. He was very good at communicating. There was an issue with the whole condo building resulting in us needing to stay at another place and he was very helpful in finding us another place to stay taking away the stress of having to do it ourselves. We will definitely be staying with them again when mountain biking brings us back in to town. The location to Killington was a short walk/bike ride away too which was perfect for us since that’s why we were there.
We enjoyed this cute little mountain setting. Everything we needed was there. It was comfortable. The only tough spots for us was we found parking and accessing the unit a bit difficult and there was no air conditioning but there were fans and we felt secure enough to leave windows open to enjoy the night air. Stayed 1 night and had to leave the next morning due to no sleep from excess heat and no air conditioning. Separately, there was construction to the exterior of the building (i.e. scaffolding, work trucks ...) that was not mentioned in the listing. The apartment was misrepresented as "Newly Renovated ..." with the bathroom being outdated and shower faucet not working properly.

Patrick, I am truly sorry to hear about your disappointing stay. We understand that the lack of air conditioning and construction significantly impacted your experience.
We want to assure you that we're actively working to improve our property. While we currently don't have air conditioning , the HOA is investing heavily in renovations, including the installation of air conditioning systems in all units hence the construction. Although the construction was on the rear of the building, I understand how you feel it impacted your experience.
Based on your feedback, we've recently renovated the bathroom, including a new floor, vanity, painting, mirror and lights. We've also upgraded the bedroom with a new king-size Sealy Posturepedic mattress.
We hope you'll consider giving us another chance during a cooler time of year. As a token of our appreciation, we'd like to offer youfor your next stay.

During our stay from June 15 to June 21, 2024, we faced significant challenges. Firstly, none of the units in this building have air conditioning. With a severe heat advisory in effect and heat indices over 100°F, our stay was far from comfortable. While this isn't the building's or the owner's fault, it's important for potential guests to be aware of this.
The primary reason we cannot recommend this unit is due to safety concerns. There was a gas leak in the building during our stay, which resulted in a complete evacuation. We were unable to access the building for over nine hours. When we were finally allowed back in, it was only for 10 minutes to retrieve our belongings. With two days remaining in our booking, we had to find alternative accommodations overnight. This caused considerable inconvenience and led to the loss of over $100 worth of groceries we had purchased.
The entire situation was a major hassle, and we feel that a similar incident at a hotel would have been handled with better treatment and management. The disruption and inconvenience we experienced were considerable and not something we would want anyone else to endure.
Given these issues, we highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Kevin, Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry for the evacuation that occurred during your stay, as you clearly stated I have no control over events like this. I do want to make several points clear in response to your critical review. The first message I sent you immediately after booking was that there is construction going on in the building and there is no air condition. I stated, "If you think this is a problem you can cancel with no fees". You choose to keep the booking. To your second point, there was not a gas leak (the building doesn't have gas) there was an unexplained odor emitting from the parking garage. This was an unprecedented situation that was resolved. Out of an abundance of caution the fire department came on scene and called for the evacuation. I sent you a message via vrbo and a phone message twenty minutes after the situation occurred. I updated you after every update I received and also looked for another unit for you to stay in that evening. However, you choose to find one on your own. I also sent you a gift card for The Lookout while I was awaiting information as to when the building would be cleared for entry. I empathize with you and understand how difficult this disruption was for your trip. I tried everything I could that was in my control to help you out - Gift card, finding another accommodation for the night and constant communication. Clearly that wasn't enough for you, but I did the best I could Including a refund
Cant complain of anything. Starting from the booking communications to the checkout process, Wayne made it a cake walk.
It’s indeed a newly renovated and overhauled unit with all the modern amenities for a leisurely stay extremely close to the killington resort.
Can do with a few rugs on the kitchen and bathroom floors, but other than that its a beautiful unit with a good view of the mountain.
Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed during our stay so cant speak of much anything other than the stay.
Great location, and cute apartment. Good communication with the owner.

My wife and I are from NJ and we love making our way up to the mountains throughout the entire year, we have been looking for the perfect condo to buy and this is it. We want to share this wonderful condo, at the biggest ski resort in the east with others. We hope you will enjoy it here as much as we do .
Why they chose this property
location, location, location!! I have been staying at Mountain Green with my family since I was 10 years old. I have tried other properties around the area and this has more amenities then anywhere else in the area. Also being so close to snowshed lodge is a slam dunk.
What makes this property unique
This is the closest set of condos to the main lodges of Killington mountain. It is close enough to walk to the lodge yet it is on the FREE shuttle path. It also provides shuttle service down the access road as well as into Rutland. It has a top of the line ski shop inside the building as well as a local brewery with food. You can also use the pool, hot tub or gym with out ever having to step foot out of the building.
