Superb Stay

What a great place to stay. The snorkeling right in front of the house was the best I've experienced in the Caribbean. The host took care of all of our needs.

Our host Kim along with property manager Max made special efforts prior to and during our stay to ensure a smooth start to our vacation and responded quickly to any questions we had while there. The property was absolutely beautiful, very private, and comfortable with an amazing set of amenities. Our only challenge was deciding whether to leave the private beach and lovely house for a day of island excursions, or simply stay put and enjoy the Turtle Cove Beach House oasis.

Best vacation experience

The house was amazing and property manager, Max, was so very helpful booking excursions and recommending restaurants, beaches, etc. The whole experience was absolutely amazing from checkin to checkout. The owner, Kim, was also excellent and checked in with us to make sure all was perfect. I highly recommend Turtle Cove Beach House to all!!

Island times

The property was perfect! We enjoyed the water views and the abundance of sites from the patio areas overlooking the sea and on the grounds! What a beautiful island and the Turtle Cove Beach House was even more than we had hoped for. House manager was wonderful!

Turtle Cove Beach House

The house a location are perfect, Kim and Max made our stay seem like family time! The reef is beautiful right in front of the house, all the locals are very friendly and again made us feel welcome. Words alone can’t describe the feelings you have on a sunny day looking at the water from the deck. Come see it for yourself!!!

Wonderful house

Kim and Max were awesome! This was my family’s first trip to St Kitts. They were helpful from the time we booked until we left. The house and beach were just as pretty as the pictures. It was very private and secluded which was perfect for our family. I was 100% satisfied with our visit.

Paradise Found

This house is just beautiful, immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could want. The beach is wonderful, practically a private beach and the bay is private with clear waters and perfect for relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted. Kim and Max made everything so simple and we appreciated their care and attention to detail.

Wonderful place and awesome stay

This by far has been the best experience we have had with any property we have rented over the years. Kim and Max and the property manager were very attentive, informative and engage before, during and after our visit. The house is everything that is advertised and more. We had the beach to ourselves with awesome views, lots of wildlife and best of all extremely quiet. The house was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay whether you are cooking your own meals or going out every meal. There is plenty of places to eat and the grocery store (we like to cook ourselves) was only 15 minutes away. We wanted a place where we could just relax, swim, stare at the ocean and just slow down and this place was perfect. We will looking to come back again and again.

We Found a GOLD MINE!!

Staying at TCBH (Turtle Cove Beach House) is like “WINNING THE LOTTERY”!! If you’re looking for Peaceful, Solitude, On the Beach, Great Deck’s on a Great House, Pelicans Diving for there Breakfast, Doves Singing during the day, Insects Singing at night, Monkey’s Playing in the driveway, No other People, Great Snorkeling, Panoramic View of Nevis, Close to the Best Beach Bars and Grills, and living on the BEST part, of the Island, by far, then YOU better come RIGHT HERE!!! Also, Kim is a Very Nice Owner and a PLEASURE, to work with! Plus, on top of All that Max, the Property Manager, is the BEST MAN you will ever have the PLEASURE, to work with!! Lovely Villa on the Beach with Great Manager and Owner

We had 6 nights in the property , felt at home right away , very well equipped, even with a paddle board , snorkeling gear and a kayak . Beautiful views from the beach , upper and lower deck . Loved the cute beach at the Villa . Very near cockleshell beach , the reggae bar, spice mill ( lovely food, location on the beach ) and the park Hyatt . Cockleshell beach walkable : go right at the beach , around the bay , the sign points to an overgrown path but passable ( 10 minutes with a machete would do wonders: Max ?) then follow the road ( after 3 minutes on the path ) to the beach and the reggae bar - the spice mill, a bit further down the beach . Max 20 minutes . The villa has v good flashlights , fyi . Kim the owner is very nice and quick to respond . Max, the on island manager is fun, incredibly responsive and a great overall manager ! We would return here .

Amazing stay!

Absolutely recommend staying at Turtle Cove Beach House! My husband, our 3 children and I loved staying here during our recent trip to St. Kitts. This house and property is absolutely beautiful! Spacious and clean house with everything we needed for our stay. It has the most beautiful view of the sea and Nevis and is steps away from the sand and sea. We loved having an outdoor shower to clean our snorkel gear each night and we spent a lot of time enjoying the incredible view from the upper deck. We snorkeled right in front of the house and saw fish. The house is located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood and was a great place to relax after our outings each day. From the minute we made our reservation, communication was wonderful. We had to change plans due to the storm Ernesto and the homeowner, Kim and property manager, Max, were so accommodating. They kept us updated as the storm progressed and after the storm once they assessed the house. They allowed us to switch our trip days since there was availability and even cleaned up all the debris from the storm before our arrival. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by a cheerful Max! He showed us around the property and how to use everything there. Kim and Max messaged us to check on us during our stay. Check our was also super quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again if we go to St. Kitts again in the future!

Perfect in every way!!!

We are flying home as I write this and already trying to sort out how to return! Max the Property Manager was, without question, the most incredibly kind, considerate, and professional Manager we have run across! He went out of his way at all times to make sure we were getting the most out of our time on his island at all times. His communication was well-timed, concise, but warm, giving just the right information just when we needed it. For instance he found a rapid Covid testing site and remembered to send a reminder with photos and instructions so we could effortlessly make it to our appointment on time. As soon as we booked he sent links to the government site so we could run through the necessary paperwork required to visit the country. He was in touch every step of the way making sure we had everything in order. It was truly remarkable! The home was very comfortable and well-stocked with everything you would expect to find. We loved being right on the beach which was quiet and perfect for snorkeling. Max even secured private snorkeling instruction at our request to make sure we were able to get the most out of our time there. We couldn’t be happier with our time spent at this lovely beachside home! Thank you, Kim and Max!

Heaven on earth

Well, like it was previously said in a review I don't want the secret to get out! Because I'd like this property to be available at all times to me! But I owe it to Kim and Max to tell the world about my experience because they're so deserving of a 10 star rating.. I could write for days here about the Turtle Cove Beach House and how much we enjoyed the little things, the fine touches and details of this house. The spectacular condition of it, so clean. The pictures don't even do it justice. The communication with Kim and Max was outstanding..Max welcomed us in and is so friendly. Max set the tone for our vacation really. We were still in the NY groove and the haze of the flight and rental car, all that and Max helped settle right in to this beautiful place and gave us all the info we needed. The house had everything you need , all you need is groceries. We cooked the entire week pretty much. Bbq on the grill and stuff...I loved this house and these people and we'll be back...St Kitts was my 5th and so far my favorite island I've been to.. The location is great.. so secluded yet right around the corner from everything you need.. Quiet! Tranquil! That's what we wanted and that's what we got.. I'm gonna be late for work.. FABULOUS! ONE OF A KIND.

This place was wonderful, and just what my wife and I needed for some upscale but personal time off. Located at the far end of St. Kitts (an island of very cordial and happy people) the Turtle Beach location is just like the cover photo shows. Every day, we would walk the 50 feet from the house to the (essentially private) beach to lie back and relax. If we needed lunch, we'd drive to the Raggae Beach Bar at the next beach to have shrimp, lobster, whatever we liked plus drinks in a friendly and uncrowded shaded restaurant setting - again right on the beach. The two bedroom AC units blow very cold air, enough to somewhat cool the living room. We understand the owners will be installing a full-house air conditioner soon. Built for relaxing, there are numerous comfy couches inside and outside on good-sized upper and lower decks, and even a separate bathroom and kitchen downstairs for teh beach and outside areas. Owners were 'over the top' in communication, and in providing everything you could imagine including masks, fins & snorkels, stand up waterboards, towels, cushions, etc. There were 2 or 3 kinds of coffee makers and Starbucks coffee waiting for us, a blender, an ice-maker for making filtered-water ice, etc. Every type of kitchen appliance, pt, pan, dish, etc. you might need. The two owners were wonderful and totally on top of any communication needs. This was our third time in St Kitts, and the home was teh BEST! We will definitely be returning!!

St. Kitts Family Vacation

We just spent a marvelous family vacation at the Turtle Cove Beach House. The property was all and more than advertised! We would gladly come back again. The house was clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed to make our stay as perfect as possible. The main floor of the house is light, with vaulted ceilings, that provide a stunning view of the turquoise Caribbean and neighbor island, Nevis. We spent hours out on the deck overlooking the water. Most days, we had our own private beach area and a solitude that made us feel as we had landed in our own little piece of paradise. The house is close to Cockelshell Beach, with the Reggae Beach Bar and The Spice Mill Restaurant. Both are wonderful! The best thing about TCBH, however, is Max, the property manager! Beside being a great person, he provided us with all of the information and reservations needed to keep us all happy and entertained during our stay. He made us feel welcome and pampered from the minute we arrived! I would highly recommend a stay at the Turtle Cove Beach House!

This property is absolutely amazing!

This house on turtle beach was absolutely amazing! The property manager Max met us as we arrived and gave us a tour of the home and helped make our stay a 5star experience. The Turtle Beach house is located directly on the beach and it feels as if you have your own private beach. The house is clean and very well equipped for your extended stay. We enjoyed the snorkeling gear, paddle boards, beach chairs everyday and the sunrises are amazing off the back porch. The location of this house is far enough away from the cruise ship Port and touristy places which is nice. The house and location is in a very safe and secure location so you can relax and not be concerned for that. I highly recommend this property and once you meet Max you will feel the same.

A perfect vacation house!

We have rented many houses throughout the Caribbean and this house was the best part of our vacation! It has everything you need for a great stay. All of the amenities as exactly as stated on the website. The house is spacious and very private. The views over to Nevis from the private beach, lower level of the house and the spacious veranda are spectacular - even better in person than in the photos! The bed was very comfortable and the recreational items that are provided are in excellent condition. The owner and the property manager are helpful, and very welcoming. Our questions were answered swiftly and thoroughly. All in all this house was perfect in everyway and we could not recommend it more highly!
