Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 1BR condo at Phoenix VIII. Phoenix VIII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony.



The views are amazing from this 12th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 42' in the master bedroom. We have installed granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VIII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix 8 should you need more space.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The room was clean and as listed. I will say the bed was rock hard and the pillows were FLAT. After spending money on new pillows and a comforter to put on top of the mattress it was much better.

Nothing like pictures, the bed was like sleeping on springs, the bed moved all over the place, the sink.in bathroom didnt drain and not able to get in until 430 pm for check in. Would not recommend because of that even if rental was ready you werent allowed to go in sooner.

Location was great, the view from our condo was wonderful. My problems with the unit was that the bed was very hard and the closet door in the bedroom was off the rails.
