This delightful, bright and charming condo enjoys the ease of a ground floor location. The base of the mountain is directly across Ski Time Square Drive. The Free Steamboat bus is just down the block, which will take you downtown, Safeway or to City Market.

Queen bed and twin daybed in the lofted bedroom. Futon/sofa in living room. Gas fireplace for those cozy evenings, vaulted ceiling, well equipped kitchen, granite countertops, breakfast nook. Two outdoor hot tubs behind the building, sauna, wireless internet. On-site laundry two doors down.

At the end of the day, you can ski up to the street, walk across and remove your boots. You'll be back at happy hour (Slopeside Grill, Los Locos or T Bar) before anyone misses you!

One parking pass available for surface lot next door. Additional paid parking available at the end of the block.

Great location walking distance to lifts Also on free bus line into town. Condo had everything we needed and access to public hot tub and sauna.

Great Location!

Great condo, perfect location. The condo is on the ground floor, so just a short walk out the door and you're at the base of the mountain. Loved the layout of the condo - split level / loft. A few steps down to a fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom and then upstairs loft bedroom with half bath. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Close to the lifts

The condo was nice and included everything we needed for our stay. Having the extra half bath was helpful. The walk to the location you where you put on your skis was very close and just across the street from the complex. The unit being on the ground floor was very convenient and made an easy in/easy out.

Cozy condo in perfect location

This is our second time we've stayed at this property. Its in the perfect location for being on the hill at Steamboat and its proximity to the free Steamboat bus system is spectacular. No need for a vehicle and plenty of space for the three of us. Hot tub access was a great addition to help after long days on the slopes. Manager was an excellent communicator and immediately answered all questions. Hope to stay there again and again on our trips to Steamboat!

Dad and Daughter ski trip

Little dated for the picky. It was perfect for this dad and daughter. Good location easy walk to slopes, steamboat free bus and restaurants at the base. Comfortable place to lounge and sleep. Kitchenette well supplied. Definitely would return. Host was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any questions.

Ground floor convenience

The unit had everything we needed. Having the half bath was super convenient. Did not have a car for the second year in a row, and used the bus for everything. Super easy. Our host Spencer was very responsive. Hubby's altitude sickness was the only downer.

Perfect ski place

PErfect for a short stay. Easy access to slopes., walked right across the street to slopes. Parking garage was closed for unit but we were able to park at end of driveway in the other unit private parking (shhh). Lol my only complaint was not enough hot water. Otherwise it was perfect

Nice location, difficult to check in

I didn’t understand the parking pass was the key fob for the parking lot gate which caused some confusion when checking in. The door knob on the front door is also broken. Luckily the owner called me back right away to explain how to get into the unit. Location is outstanding.

Renter beware

Great location. The unit needs much attention and repairs. The fireplace (main heating) had a gas leek and we had to vacate 1/2 into our trip. Owner seemed cool, but clearly an absentee owner. We got a full refund for our troubles.

Thanks for you feedback, It was a stressful experience I'm sure. The Fireplace was inspected and serviced on Jan 28th by Midwest Mechanical Services, a local service provider. No issues were found with the unit. The local property manager also stopped by the unit multiple times and did not smell gas. I lastly contacted the HOA and was told that there had been no other reports of a gas smell the week in question. Rest assured the local property manager is within a mile of the unit and has always assisted when issues come up.

Upon arrival, we found a half eaten carton of ice cream on the table. Ice cream drippings on table. There was an also a dirty bowl by microwave.Otherwise our stay was good. Unfortunately, finding the dirty items impacted our perception of the cleanliness of the rest of the place.Access to skiing was good.

Location makes up for the lodging

The location is ideal for snow access and the resort area. Just a short walk to shops and food. I didn’t receive check in information from the owner at 4pm, but a cleaning person stopped by for a final room check and let me in. Whew. The condo is well used. Closets were filled with cleaning supplies and fans so they were not available for use. Walls were damaged in places as well as wood work. Only a few outlets work. Kitchen was nice, everything one could need. Gas fireplace helped with the cold draft coming across the floor. Bed was comfortable. Yes, it’s run down, but the price and location made it worthwhile.

Super Convenient Slope Side Location

This property was located very close to the slopes and very convenient. The unit has everything you need for a stay and some nice amenities on the property. The directions for parking and entering the unit seemed a little clunky. After living it, we believe you need to find street parking first, go to the apartment and obtain the key and parking pass from the unit (enter through the lock box on the door, we were a ground floor unit) and then park in the underground parking lot for the complex. Would be helpful for the directions to be a little more specific. All that said, the property managers were incredibly responsive and kind and helped us figure it all out.

Great Location and Space

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. It is walkable to the mountain base and enjoyed the first floor as it was easily accessible and cooler in the summer to be on the bottom floor. Having the extra 1/2 bath was a great bonus! Great little spot for a good value compared to staying at a hotel.

Very cute condo, perfect for 2-3 people. Very close to the slopes. Loved the stone gas fireplace which heated the entire unit. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Only problem I had was difficulty opening the lockbox on the door.

Great spot for our ski trip

We had a great time here for our family ski trip. Walk a short distance across the street to click into your skis and ski down to the base for lifts and gondola. We ended every day with a stop at T Bar for a drink and snack and then walked back to the condo. Being on the first floor was so convenient. The snow is literally steps from the front door. Everything was as described . Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Grew up in the Chicago area, moved to the Bay area in 2012. I started visiting Steamboat just after college and have been making stops there both winter and summer ever since. Love the skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golf, breweries, restaurants and of course the hot springs. The town has grown over the years but still has that small town feel.

Why they chose this property

Can't beat the location. A short walk across the street and you can strap in and ride to the Wild Blue gondola, Christie lift or gondola square. Also great at the end of the day, allowing for a quick stop back to the condo to change out of those ski boots. Comfortable walk to a number of bars and restaurants for après ski. The free city bus stops just down the street.

What makes this property unique

Cozy gas fireplace. Hot tubs, sauna and workout room just behind the building. Short walk to the base of the mountain or a bus which takes you to shopping and downtown.
