Our OceanView/Poolside Condo is located in the Sunset Cove Complex on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. It is 3 miles from the Airport, 1 mile from Georgetown, and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping & nightlife.

This ground floor unit is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated in tropical island decor. It is fully equipped with all the amenities and conveniences of home.

This Condo provides the perfect balance between your privacy & the amenities of a top-rated resort. Being poolside, you are just steps away from a large pool with tropical waterfalls, a swim-up pool bar and restaurant. Your private patio faces west with a direct view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You are just 30 yards from the beach and protective Cove. Great for small children. Soak up the rays, take a refreshing swim in the warm crystal clear water, snorkel directly out from shore at a marine park reef where you'll find beautiful coral and tropical fish, or just sit back with a cocktail and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

We are very proud of our vacation home and have taken great effort to decorate and outfit this unit for our pleasure and that of our guests. We have wireless Internet service within the unit as well as at the pool and beach . It is truly one of the most inviting and well kept condos in the complex. Our Condo is approved and licensed by the Cayman Tourist Board and has been consistently cited by them as being in "Excellent Condition". We have also consistently been rated as 'OUTSTANDING' by our guests. (PLEASE VIEW OUR GUEST COMMENTS BELOW)

To prospective guests: A new Hyatt Centric Hotel is being built behind our complex on the street. Construction will commence in Sept of 2026 with completion scheduled for the end of 2028. Our complex, Sunset Cove Condominiums, is a completely separate entity and will be fully operational during this period. We are located on the beach with all our own amenities, including a large tropical pool, hot tub, kiddie wading pool, and swim-up pool bar. Every effort is being made to coordinate with the new hotel and we anticipate minimal disruption to our guests. In consideration of the construction, we are maintaining our 2025 pricing for 2026.

We had a fantastic time in GC and the condo made it even better. Fantastic location to walk to restaurants, easy access to the beach and pool. Allowed everyone to come and go as needed. From the moment we walked into the condo at Sunset Cove, we knew that we found our new favorite vacation spot! Mike and Pat were wonderful from the start. They answered any question that we had promptly, sent us a ton of helpful information about the condo/area beforehand and even called to check in about a minor issue we had while checking in. They are two of the best hosts we have ever had while using VRBO!The condo was spotless and stocked with everything that you could possibly need! The pool/bar was prefect for adults and kids. The beach area was only a short walk from the condo and always very clean! We even saw security guards multiple times during our stay which made totally put our minds at ease. The cove and reef were perfect! The reef was a short swim from the cove and it was some of the best snorkeling we have ever experienced as a family! There were tons of fish, stingrays, barracudas and crabs!!! We are extremely grateful that we found this little piece of heaven and will definitely rent from Mike and Pat again!

This property was truly perfect for a family vacation. The unit was comfortable and clean. Great a/c! In unit washer and dryer helped us to pack light. The beach was tranquil and the pool (right off the patio) was perfect for our kids (5 & 10). Easy snorkeling from the beach. Food at the Lazy Lizard (w/swim up bar) was great. Convenient location for Seven Mile Beach and George Town. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

We loved the place so much the beach and sea wall protection makes for great snorkeling and the beach g feels so private and exclusive! The pool is amazing and the Lazy Lizard bar staff was awesome! Great food that can be ordered and the location is right in middle of everything! ! Love this place and plan on booking next year! !

We had such a great time during our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and well-appointed. It had everything we could need. The owners were very communicative and provided plenty of documented instructions for the facilities. The resort was clean, the pool was huge, and the beach was perfect. We are originally from Minnesota, but now reside in Florida. From the many Caribbean islands we visited off cruise ships we chose Grand Cayman to return to with our children for a family vacation. It was absolutely fantastic! The sun, the rolling sand beach, the pools, the crystal clear water, the snorkeling, the diving, the sunsets, the people----we fell in love. We bought our vacation home at Sunset Cove in 1995 and have spent many vacations here with family and friends, as well a sharing our piece of paradise with others.

Why they chose this property

Sunset Cove and our Condo are unique. We have the only protective cove on 7 Mile Beach----absolutely fantastic for children! Our Condo Complex has the amenities of a resort, yet the privacy of your own condo. We are poolside and just steps from the beach.

What makes this property unique

This is not just a rental property, it is our Vacation Home. We have decorated it , furnished it, and outfitted it to be very bright, airy, and comfortable---with all the conveniences of home.
