Beautiful new house of 150 m2 at the tip of Trévignon, near Concarneau, ideal for holidays with family or friends, 5 minutes from the beaches on foot.
On the ground floor, large living space of 50 m2 with a kitchen, a master suite, overlooking a terrace of 90 m2.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a bed of 160 and a balcony, a 2nd with a bed of 140 and a 3 with 2 beds of 90. A bathroom with bath and shower. A separate toilet.
Very quiet place, with a garden.
Equipment is at your disposal:
Baby equipment: 2 high chairs, 2 umbrella beds, wooden bed, folding park and wooden park, 2 cuddles, stairs safety gate, toys, ect
TV, DVD, books and board games.
3 bicycles, a ping pong table
A barbecue
Wireless
The harbor and a small food are nearby.
All water activities are possible, jogging on the coastal paths and discovery of the surrounding islands.
Concarneau is 15 km away
Pont aven, the city of painters at 12km
