The Rosebud offers a fully equipped private rustic log cabin just for 2 secluded on a total of 30 acres. Relax in the hot tub on the scenic deck or you can relax inside by the stone fireplace. Rosebud is equipped with TV/VCR/DVD, gas grill, kitchen, bathroom, firepit. Located in the heart of Hocking Hills!
We have 16 cabins on a total of 30 acres. We have a wide range of cabins from couples cabins up to cabins that sleep 10 guest. All of our cabins have hot tubs. Located in the heart of Hocking Hills! So many fun activites in the Hocking Hills region including rock climbing and rapelling, hiking, horseback riding, exploring Old Man's Cave, riding ATV's, petting zoos, etc. the list goes on and on. So many restaurants/bars and antique shops to choose from.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Rose bid cabin

Love every min of the stay. I will be booking a stay soon. For a couple get way I recommended to all who love nature and being in the woods but only 15min from Walmart or 15 min of hocking hills hiking. Yes I took my dogs with me 2 great Danes they had a good time. I give this cabin a 10.

Very clean peaceful place out in the woods simple everything you need there . Hot tub an the stars with the night all around you very private. Best price in Hocking hands down,looked everywhere they had the best price,quality,very simple,step out in the woods away from the copy machine for a weekend peace for the soul you will fall in love wraparound porch to sit an listen to natures concert 🎶 coffee an the squirrels 🐿️ playing in the morning mist as the fog wraps you like a blankettranquility

Furniture not very clean. Recliner broken . Kathy the person cleaning was very sweet and helpful. Floors and counters and bathrooms and refrigerator clean. Proximity to park great.

Bed was quite good If I had to give any suggestions it would be to get the pathway redone I have a tall SUV and going through just the entrance A area was still rubbing the underside of the car and it felt like it was walking in some areas like pothole on the right then left then right

Dirty cabin beautiful hikes!

We enjoyed Hocking hills park very much! The cabin is rustic but very dirty! Floors were dirty, bathroom by the water heater was a mess! Kitchen and shower and toilet were clean! The bed was clean. The fans need to bedusted and washed! Window frame in bedroom is not good!

Wasn’t what it seemed!

Turn onto Phelps and there is nothing but a junkyard full of trash!! When finally getting into the cabin it was nothing like the pics!!! Ceiling fan looked awful so dirty and the floors were not mopped and counter tops had food etc stuck to it ! I’ve never came to a hicking hills cabin where it wasn’t atleast cleaned! We stayed of course the HOT TUB was actually very clean and refreshing best part of the night! It was quiet and they had every thing we needed to make steaks and potatoes and salads!!! Thank you for the stay !

Nice place but FILTHY!

Had to air out, stank so bad it was hard to breath, mice droppings, microwave filthy, stinks of mold, smoke damage, cieling fans black with smoke, kitchen cabinets stinky and stink inside...very disappointed! I don't go on vacation to do deep cleaning and then give a tip for it! If you have health issues this cabin should be avoided! Will NOT return!

It was a place to sleep.

Described as secluded but there were multiple cabins relatively close that could see us and we could see them so not secluded. As soon as we walked in, there was an odor. The odor was a mix of stale, musty, and just turned on a heather for the first time all mixed together. The furniture in the living room was dingy and worn out and didn't match. The rug in front of the couch was grimy and stained. The decor was completely outdated, mismatched and cheap looking. Needs updated badly!!!

Very disappointed

Upon arriving we were disappointed to find that the kitchen was dirty but since we weren’t going to utilizing the kitchen we weren’t going to let it ruin our night. The cabin was a little chilly so we turned the heat as high as we could and enjoyed the hot tub. But once we got out we discovered that the bathroom was dirty-there was feces still on the toilet seat and hair all over the toilet,sink and shower. By then it was very late so we decided to go to bed unfortunately we awoke during the night to find that the cabin had only gotten colder, we could see our breath while laying in bed, the heat was not working. We decided to leave early in the morning. We are from hocking hills and my fiancé has cleaned at cabin companies in the area for years so we know what to expect and unfortunately we were very let down by the cabin. The owner was kind enough to offer a discount on our next stay but we will not be returning nor will we recommend.

Nice Rustic Cabin in a Quiet Location

Cabin was as described and just perfect for the two of us to unwind and explore the area. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub!

Rosebud Cabin

Most of prior complaints have been remedied. No cockroaches, no bedbugs, no mouse droppings. However, there is a small hole in kitchen cupboard at the bottom where a mouse could very easily come through. The driveway is very poor so drive a car that is high off the ground if you stay here. The central air was great. This cabin seems to have a great deal of moisture, floors were damp to walk on. The register drafts need swept and cleaned good as well as the cleanliness of the windows. We were turned off by the neighborhood when turning onto this road, we kept doors locked. For the he price I would not rent again.

Driveway

The driveway was terrible to try and turn around due to incline from the side of the driveway. My car dragged trying to turn around. My advice I would never go back unless I had a truck or 4 wheel drive
