Just a short walk to the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift and historic Main Street, you'll enjoy cozy Mountain Modern touches, thoughtful upgrades, and convenient access to some of Breckenridge's best amenities. After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in the community wellness area with multiple hot tubs, a heated pool, and a sauna.
Proximity: Situated on Columbine Road, this condo is just .4 miles (~10-min walk) to Main Street and .5 miles (~12-min walk) to the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9. During summer, a walking path along the Blue River, right across the street, offers a scenic stroll that leads directly to the Peak 9 Village area.
Living Room: Relax in the inviting living area, featuring rustic barnwood accents, a large flatscreen TV with DVD player, a sofa, and a remote-controlled fireplace for a warm mountain atmosphere. A sliding door opens to a small patio where you can enjoy a breath of fresh alpine air.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, 4-burner electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, and more. A 3-person breakfast bar offers the perfect spot for a quick bite before heading out to the slopes.

Bedroom & Bathroom:
• King-size bed, flatscreen TV, dresser, and closet.
• The bathroom includes a single vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.
Parking: Guests may park one vehicle in the lot between Buildings B and C of the Motherlode complex.
Communal Amenities:
• The communal pool and hot tubs are located just across the parking lot and may occasionally close for maintenance, as they are managed by a third-party company.
• The communal sauna is located in the lower level of building C. The sauna is not kept on regularly. You'll need to let it heat up for about half an hour before it's ready for us
• The communal laundry facility is located in the lower level of building C
Please note that the HOA has installed a camera system to monitor for unauthorized access to the pool after hours. The system includes a loudspeaker to communicate directly with intruders. Additionally, each unit has a unique gate code, allowing usage to be tracked.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
