Great house in perfect location

We loved staying here. We were 2 families & the space worked really well, we were so grateful for the bikes, which we used a lot. There are cycle routes everywhere & we would cycle into the local town of Maubuisson, the lovely lake at Bonbannes & to the sea at Carcan Plage.

Chalet très agréable. Nous y avons séjourné avec 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Chacun y a trouvé sa place et suffisamment d'espace. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et la piscine un vrai plus en ces temps de canicule.Entre le lac et l'océan, les vélos suffisent pour se déplacer, en prenant les pistes cyclables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schön ruhig im Wald gelegen. Lange Wege zu Fuß zum See und in den Ort. Fahrräder obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben nicht vorhanden. Sehr schöner Pool, sehr schöne Terassen, großes weitläufiges Haus etwas ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit eher neuen Geräten. Die alten Schränke und Arbeitsflächen haben Charme. Leider ist alles etwas klebrig und nicht top sauber. Auch die Betten / Matratzen hatten angeschmutzte Schutzbezüge. Am großen wunderschönen alten Holzesstisch stehen grüne Plastikstühle. Sitzauflagen sind rar, alt und mit Stockflecken. Mit wenigen kleinen Dingen und guter Pflege könnte daraus ein wunderbares Ferienhaus werden. Wir haben es uns schön gemacht und hatten eine gute Woche.

Un cadre idyllique sous les pins au calme et dans une maison certes ancienne mais spacieuse. Un petit paradis pour les enfants avec des jeux de toutes sortes (un vrai baby foot, une grande table de ping pong, une piscine, des jeux de sociétés....)

Exactement ce que nous cherchions, calme, spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé.

Propriété conforme à l'annonce, jolie maison avec terrasse agréable par tous les temps. Cuisine équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Transats près de la piscine, douche extérieure. Prêt de vélos pour les pistes cyclables toutes proches. À 13 nous avons passé un séjour super! Seul bémol, pas de WC commun, mais dans les chambres uniquement, le WC de la chambre 3 offre une vue directe sur le lit. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, les alentours sont familiaux et l'alternance mer / lac est parfaite pour les enfants.

Maison très agréable, mauvais rapport qualité prix

Situation très agréable extérieur de la maison très agréable… MAIS : beaucoup de choses sont à modifier dans cette maison a commencer par la literie si on veut réellement 14 couchages, Maison vieillissante, literie vétuste pour la chambre d’enfants et les lits d’appoint sur la mezzanine. Aménagement fonctionnel des Sanitaire peu propice à l’intimité pour 14 (toilettes et douche ouverte dans une des chambres...). Bref maison très agréable mais rapport qualité prix… Hors de prix.

Voilà l’appréciation de la locataire une semaine avant vous Sur airbnb: « La maison de Pierre et très spacieuse et chaleureuse, idéalement placée dans un quartier calme à proximité immédiate des pistes cyclables pour le lac ou l’océan. Nous avons pu profité de tous les équipements mis à la disposition des voyageurs : barbecue, jouets et livres, jeux de plage et piscine, vélos . Les lits sont confortables et la disposition permet à plusieurs familles de vivre ensemble sans être les uns sur les autres. C’était parfait »
