Maison spacieuse, bien équipée (notamment la grande cuisine) et bien située pour ceux aimant la tranquillité.Commerce de base à proximité et centre commercial très bien achalandé à quelques kilomètres (supermarché, pharmacie, banque, boulangerie …)Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Gino qui est un hôte attentionné ,attentif à notre bien être et toujours joignable.Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison .

Excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. L'accueil de Gino a été excellent, je le remercie pour sa disponibilité. L'emplacement est bon car central pour pouvoir visiter l'île.Je recommande !

C'est avec plaisir que j'ai reçu Rheuzlen et sa la famille Très sympa, communicatif, discrète et tres respectueux des règles ils m'ont laissés le logement propre et ranger. C'est avec plaisir que je les acceuillerai de nouveau. Tout c est très bien passé avec Rheuzlen et sa famille ,je ne peux que recommander aux autres propriétaires.

Tres bon sejour chez Gino

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour chez Gino. Ce que jai particulièrement apprécié : la communication avec lui, la propreté, la grande maison spacieuse, 2 toilettes et 2 salle de bain. Nous avons eu de super echanges avec le voisin davance

Espaces, situation, tranquilité...

Idéalement située pour qui veux découvrir toutes les facettes de l’île, la maison est dans un havre de tranquillité. Ses dimensions généreuses permettent d’accueillir facilement une famille, et le grand terrain vous fournit, selon la saison, des fruits délicieux et rafraichissants. Gino est un hôte attentif, sympathique, et dont les attentions font chaud au cœur. Donc plus d’hésitation, vous avez trouvé un lieu de séjour qui ne peut que retenir votre attention.

Se fut un réel plaisir pour moi de recevoir Jocelyne et Gilbert. C'est un couple très sympathique dynamique et discret avec lequel j'ai pris plaisir à échanger. Ils m'ont laisser la maison propre et bien rangé ils m'ont même fait le tri sélectif. Je les recommande chaleureusement et sans hésitation aux autres propriétaires. Une superbe maison de vacances

Une maison de vacances que nous avons énormément apprécié. Le propriétaire Gino est très disponible et exactement à l'écoute. Mes enfants ont adoré le grand jardin, mon mari les arbres fruitiers et moi la cuisine très fonctionnelle. Le voisinage est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ma famille garderas un super souvenir. J'espère à l'année prochaine 👍🏽

Ludmilla et sa famille sont des hôtes que j'ai eu plaisir à rencontrer. Communicatif et sympa, ils m'ont rendu la maison propre et bien rangé quand ils sont partis. Je les recevrai avec plaisir une autre fois.

une grande maison ou l'on se sent chez soit

Cette maison est spacieuse et l'on peut garer facilement sa voiture, le terrain est plat. seul petit bémol : les moustiques, il faut s'en protéger mais le propriétaire a mis des moustiquaires dans les chambres. nous retournerions avec plaisir dans cette maison qui nous à permis de visiter facilement toute l’île. ce séjour fut très agréable .

MAISON AGREABLE

Maison spacieuse en pleine campagne avec jolie vue sur les montagnes. Situation idéale pour visiter la Basse Terre et La Grande Terre. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude pour le moment. Nous la relouerons si nous avons l'occasion de retourner en Guadeloupe en famille.

Je remercie toute la famille TESSIER pour leur appréciation. Ma famille et les voisins ont appréciés leur gentillesse, leur politesse, leur discretion et leur respect del'environement. Je les recevrai avec plaisir et je les recommande vivement aux autres loueur C'est vrai que l'eau chaude a beaucoup manqué en ce moment de l'année ou nous avons eu une vague de froid un peu exceptionnel (entre 16 et 19° le soir). Pour y remedier, je fait installé l'eau chaude dès cette semaine.
