House very nice and well equipped to enjoy your vacation on our beautiful island. Afford the privilege of going to the nearest beach!
Located 100 m from the beach of La Guérinière, and 5 minutes walk from the city center. It is a 120m2 house with 1 back garden of 100 m2, and a terrace / garden in front of 100m2. Bicycle shed.
Ground floor: kitchen open to dining room; living room with door to garden; 1 room with bed of 140; 1 room with 2 beds of 140; 1 bathroom with bath, sink, wc.
1st floor: 1 room with 2 beds of 90 superimposed; 1 room with 1 bed of 140; 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc.
